I was hoping that the stains in my carpet would at least lighten up. The cleaning made it worse. The technician apparently did not have the tools or expertise to help with my problem.

We were very happy with the service. The technician that came out was on time was very polite. And very professional and a great representative of the company. He did an excellent job, was very respectful to our property and would highly recommend him in the future to have any or all drier vent. Duck work clean.

Very good job on the carpet. Performed and priced exactly as quoted and were very flexible with my schedule even though I messed up the date it was no problem. They communication was also excellent!
My carpets and my large area rug just feel clean! I needed that relief from the dread of walking on someone else’s dirty carpets as we recently moved. They were all dry within a few hours. Elijah arrived when he said he would and did a great job. I really appreciated Zerorez pricing. I will use them again if I have a carpet issue.
