Quick, reliable, friendly service and a great product.
Technician (nickname Slim) was awesome. Very courteous, explained the process, listened to our requests, very friendly, interacted really well with my very inquisitive kids. Carpets haven’t felt this clean in years. Will definitely use Zerorez (and hopefully Slim) again.
46 minutes late outside the 10 - 1pm window no call, no text, no apology. No excuse for this and no way to run a business.
The two high traffic areas of the carpet had prior stains before the appointment and they are still there after the appointment.

Thorough cleaning, the tech explained everything and made recommendations based on our carpet. We have a small dog that likes to mark his space and the tech was able to clean the spots and suggest enzymatic cleaners to prevent staining. Highly recommended!

They came out same day. Technician was friendly and pretty thorough.
There is still a dirty area at the top of the stairs that looks like it was missed or didn’t get passed enough times
Corrigan was extremely personable and professional. He explained what he was doing and the carpet looks amazing. Even the blood stains came out. I love that they don't use soap, which is a dirt magnet. The carpets were dry within 5 hours.
The tech was timely and did a great job.
It was pretty expensive and will take a while. Hopefully it’s worth the wait!

Great job at a reasonable price. We previously had the downstairs and stairs completely cleaned, had them come back Friday to do the area rugs. All done well.
