We paid extra for the enzyme treatment to remove a pet urine stain and it has not gone away. Kind of disappointing.

My technician was great and did a quick and efficient job. He was very courteous and walked me through the whole process.
Drop price a bit when we moved everything and the job only took about 35 minutes for 1100 square feet, according to invoice. We were told up to 2 hours and when texted the office said technician would be done at 10:45. Done at least an hour before then, so really feel like the price was very high. Curtis was awesome though! Very helpful and professional.
Some areas did not get a deep clean.
We were notified 30 minutes prior to arrival. Showed up on time Did a great job and responded to all question we had. Finished in less than one hour and made certain we were pleased. Also offered additional services that had not been included which we did go ahead and have applied.
The stains in my carpet were not fully removed, I had to use my home carpet cleaner to go over them. But the customer service was amazing, how quickly you were able to come out was amazing, and that’s very important.
The carpets look so nice and clean. The protection helps to keep them cleaner. The person that came (Brandon) was very helpful and pleasant!!

I think my expectations were off. The carpet had many small brown spots throughout the home.
I assumed a professional carpet cleaner would be able to remove stains.

Arrived early and began working immediately. Provided clear instructions on how to care for our couch and carpets after cleaning. They look and smell clean. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.
I paid a lot for the odor to still be there and stains to still show up very clearly. I understand there are hard to get out stains, but they were not faded at all. I am very disappointed with the cleaning based on the amount I paid.

I'm well aware that my entire house could use your services, but right now I just wanted to get rid of the messes my dog has made in two specific areas. I appreciate the technician's understanding and lack of pressuring me to do more! I was amazed at how clean they were able to make the areas - even though I know, in time, the messes reappear. I can't afford new carpet for the whole area, so this was a lifesaver!

Service was good and tech was nice. Arrived 2 hours early (called at 7:30am, arrived at 8am for a 10am-1pm window) which wasn’t ideal but we made it work!
The young man that cleaned and prepared the carpet was very good and very nice. I’ve never had a carpet company do so many prior steps to cleaning the carpet. We did get the sprayed on carpet protection on our carpet. It looks great. Again the man that cleaned the carpet was super nice and very efficient. He got right to work.
