Second time we have used them this week for one of our rental properties; they really are amazing to work with and so communicative!

Robert was great and did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. He even suggested an air filter that we could just clean rather than having to change them all the time.
The rug was not cleaned to my expectations. I generally clean my own carpet but since I'm under cancer treatment and have little energy, I hired you, thinking that a professional would be better. Honestly, I have done a better job than the technician. The when I complained to the manager Nathan, I could tell he took it personal and started making a bunch of ridiculous excuses. I feel like I should at least get a 50% refund but I'm sure that won't happen, so I will just go elsewhere in the future. My mom had an upcoming appointment too which she has since cancelled, esp since the customer service sucked.
Service was great and the before and after were crazy
The service was quick and had great results. Even on the hard stains I thought would never come out. Maurice was professional and did an amazing job.

Great job from Zerorez. My carpets are older but cleaned up pretty good. Brandon worked his magic on a few stained areas and our hall traffic pattern. Also was able to freshen up our ottoman.
One thing I like is that they dont use a lot of chemicals in their treatment. Would definitely use again.

The technician that cleaned the carpet was nice but really only wanted to upsell us. It seemed the only thing used to clean was water nothing special about the water at all. You need some sort of cleaner to clean the carpets and the couch and that was not used. Our personal carpet cleaner we have does a better job and makes it smell better. Honestly we felt it was a waste of money once they dried nothing was different. It was extremely over priced and not worth it. We will be cleaning our own carpets moving forward.
The technician told me what he was going to do. He did it. He told me when he finished what was done and showed pictures of before and after. He was very polite and efficient. He helped me turn on ceiling fans to facilitate drying time.
Thomas was great! He worked hard to remove some stubborn carpet stains and it looked great after! I appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. I could not be there in person, and so he sent me before/after photos and videos, which was greatly appreciated.

I have been using Zerorez for several years. I am always pleased with the professionalism of the Technicians and the quality and consistency of the cleaning experience each time. Recently we adopted a new puppy and had a number of stains and spots. All have been removed and with the deodorizer, it's like new carpet again. Thank you!
