Was very disappointed and the outcome of this cleaning. The last cleaning we had done was a great job by someone else of your company this time I don't feel like he's spend enough time there working on it also the stains he did not get up and the first time the stains came up when the guy came also I sat there for 8 hours waiting because I got a call that morning they'd be there in 40 minutes and that was at 8:00 and he showed up at 10 minutes till 2:00 not very professional will not recommend you or will not have you again sorry.

We paid an additional 150.00 for 2 rooms nit add-on was useless as carpet is still stained/with odor.
The rep was super friendly and professional. Everything went quicker than I expected, and it all turned out great. I also love that they don’t use chemicals — that’s a huge plus with kids and pets in the house.
No harsh chemicals are used so it safer for my family and pets. Like no hearing that crunch sound after process like some other companies.

They came to clean my carpets (18 years old and dirty) while the carpet didn't look perfect after they finished they came back and cleaned them again and now they look 80% better🙌. The cleaners where super nice and professional. I will be using them again in 12 months.
They got rid of stains that other carpet cleaning companies could not get rid of. The two gentlemen were kind and respectful.
Always calls when they are on their way. Always polite. Explains everything they are going to do. Job is always done very well. Before leaving does a walk through with any questions.
The Technician was very professional and offer additional service that greatly improved the look of our home.
We have some pretty dirty areas on the sides of our cream colored furniture and it did not come very clean. May not be related but then again it might be.
The carpet was almost dry when the tech left. I loved it! Hope to get him again for my next cleaning.
The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very professional. He explained the entire process and how it works. He was kind and left no mess. I will definatley call ZeroRez the next time I need servcie.
Techs are knowledgeable and efficient. Carpets look and smell great.
And the Carpet Cleaning is really good and gets the spots out. And the carpets dry fast.

My carpet is still crunchy. I'm not sure he went over it til it ran clear?

The technicians were fast and friendly and did a good job explaining what was going to be done. I also appreciated their attention to detail; for example they used special plastic guards around corners to ensure their hoses didn't mark the walls.
They did a great job on our dirty carpets. Came back and cleaned a few spots they missed.
I like that it takes less time for the carpet to dry. I think your carpet cleaning service is very good IF the right person who comes out to clean my carpet (especially if it's a cream color),
Tevin is absolutely the BEST. He knows what he is doing and I know when he comes and cleans my carpet, its not going to dry showing yellow blotches and streaks on it. Everyone else did crappy work and I would have to have your company come back and redo it. I would suggest that all your guys learn to clean like Tevin.
I recommended a friend of mine to use your services last December 2024. There names are
Don and Tommi Main. They live in Westfield. Tommi spent over $700 with you to do her whole upper level (which was basically brand new carpet that's never been cleaned before). When it dried, the yellow streaking was horrible. She was so disappointed. I told her to call back and have them come back out to redo it. She hesitated cause she really wanted to wait until it got warmer. When they were there last December, it was so cold in the house cause the front door had to be cracked open during the whole time they were there. When she was ready to have you come out, she didn't know it had to be within 30 days, so now she has to have it recleaned hoping those yellow blotches and streaks will come out. I don't think you will ever hear from her anymore, so you've lost a client unless you make it right.
