Your Dpot remover always works I have two pets inside and you never know when there might be an accident
We have been a loyal customer for a long time, and this occasion is the first time we have encountered a lack of thorough service. If you review our records we even paid extra for the sanitizer due to minor pet urine, but unfortunately in some areas it just either was not used correctly or not applied?
The service and the cleaning system.
We requested Zerorez services to clean our dryer vent. They had a bird’s nest removed the first time, but when the birds continued to build a nest, Zerorez responded quickly and sent out a technician again to help clean out again, and even helped us attach a new dryer vent cap to keep the birds out for good. We are so thankful for the responsiveness, efficiency, professionalism and kindness from Zerorez!
I was surprised that it took more than 3 days for the carpet on the stairs to dry. Kenny was very nice, polite and helpful.

I had a very positive experience using Zerorez to clean my air ducts. The technician, Cole, walked me through the entire process when he got there so I knew what to expect. Cole showed me before and after pictures of all the air ducts and wow what a difference. One thing I’d like to highlight is how courteous the technician was the whole time. I have three kids a dog and a hectic job and Cole was extremely courteous of my timelines and the things that I had to do. It’s service that you seldomly see anymore and I was very happy to be treated that way. The last thing I would like to talk about is the price point. I contacted three companies to get quotes and not only was Zerorez the best price point, it was the best price point with all of their service options. If you’re looking to get your floors cleaned or your air ducts service, this is the only call you need to make. Thank you again for the excellent service and the wonderful experience!

Zerorez does a great job everytime. They are trustworthy and I feel like everything is cleaner after they touch it.
Carpets were squishy after cleaning. Some areas took 36 hours to dry.
Very prompt service and did an excellent job on our carpets. DuWayne S. was our technician and he was great - very personable and friendly.
The technician was fine. Very courteous and professional. The problem is the machine on the Zerorez truck kept overheating and shutting off. It would only run for 2-3 minutes before shutting off. The tech restarted the machine about 6 times and I asked what was going on. He called somebody who told him to get a bag of ice. This whole process took almost two hours. The ice thing only helped for a minute.
We are selling our house. The tech showed up at the end of the window. He said he was running late because of a technician shortage.
I should have stopped the trial cleaning after the first couple of machine failures. The technician also should have stopped trying.
I question how thorough a job he could do with the machine constantly shutting off. Wouldn't you?
I needed the cleaning prior to home photos and showings. I didn't make a backup plan and I'm out of time. Showings start Thursday
