I've used the service twice. The first was scheduled by phone the second on line.. in both cases I was told that it was actually more expensive. This puts both the customer and the workers in an awkward position when they come to do the work. In essence, the quotes are a bait and switch.
You require area rugs to be taken off site to be cleaned which is understandable but the delivery fee is excessive and prohibitive.
This is too bad as the cleaning was done well.

Quick, convenient, easy process. Employee was very courtious and did a great job.
The technician left dirty hand and finger prints on the wall and ceiling near just about every register he touched. The technician also left the sticky paper cover on one of the registers. I had to give him shoe covers as he did not have any in the truck.

Great customer service from start to finish. The cleaner did a fantastic job, however I think he was over charging us. While we were getting service, I phoned the company to ask on pricing. The call taker was knowledgeable on pricing and after speaking to me, she notified the manager. The manager called back right away and reimbursed the overcharge. We’ve been using this company for years, and because the discrepancy was immediately resolved, we will continue to use you to service our home. Thanks!
