I loved that Zerorez got out all of the stains in my carpet and left it looking so clean!

Tevin did an awesome job cleaning my carpets and upholstery. I really liked that he was able to do my wool area rug in my home and not send it out.
The person who performed our services was prompt and polite and in general, the carpets look great. However, we had a few stubborn spots of pet stains that actually appear to be worse after the cleaning. We would like to have someone come out and take another shot at cleaning those areas, all of which were in our upstairs hallway.

I had 4 rooms and stairs cleaned. There was a spot in one of the rooms that I could not see when it was wet but since it has dried, I can definitely see the stain. Everything else looked great.
How professional the whole process was and even spent time showing me how dirty the floors were and what the process looked like to cleaning them.
The technician was very nice and concern about me being satisfied with the cleaning of the carpet.
It was so easy to schedule and reasonably priced.
The technician did not use the corner guards, I had to ask so that my baseboards weren’t damaged. There is now damage on the wall in the staircase from where the hose ran down the wall. Also, the carpets are now crunchy like there was residue left behind.

Tech did not use shoe covers while walking through the house with snow. The hose seemed to leak on floors but thankfully it’s vinyl not carpet

The clear difference between ZeroRez and the rest, is a clean sweep! I have used other companies in the past that is chemicals to clean, which inevitably leaves my carpets feeling crunchy once they dry. I decided to try Zerorez because they have a different approach to carpet cleaning and I'm here for it! Not only do my carpets look nearly brand new again, but they weren't left with that crunchy chemical feel! We will definitely use Zerorez again and would absolutely recommend!
An unreasonable amount of salt was brought in to my home due to the weather. The technician isn’t provided with a vacuum, broom, or mop to clean up messes. Furthermore I was told that this was an intentional decision from management. It’s like bringing your clean car to the car wash to have the seats cleaned and in doing so they muck up your dashboard… it’s idiotic. Obviously I won’t be using your services. The technician was professional and did the best he could do.
There is no soap residue left in the carpet because no soap is used. My carpet stays clean for a long time. Also, your service gentleman was very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable about the procedure and your product. I have recommended your company many times.

We have a pet, and our primary motivation for hiring ZeroRez was to remove the inevitable pet stains from our carpets. After the carpets were cleaned, we viewed our carpets with a UV flashlight, and there was no improvement. Upon reading the ZeroRez (Indy) website, I read that the technician was to ask if we wanted to treat pet stains. We were not asked any such question, or we would have most definitely requested such.
So, while our carpets look better, we know pet stains remain. Frustrating.
