I got a call the day before our appointment confirming the time. The man I spoke to was soo kind and had the nicest calmest voice. I told him about a big thing of slime my kids got stuck to the floor and he was really reassuring that they could get it up.
The man who came to our house was just as nice! He explained all our options and made recomendations for the best way to handle stains from our cats and kids. He was really personable and worked quickly and efficiently. He wasn’t phased by the chaos of multiple family members being home and other people doing various projects.
Kenny has been to our home two years in a row and does such a great job! He is early, polite, and efficient!
After carpet was cleaned, treated and fully dried it feels like it has lost its life. Carper feels dehydrated, stiff and feels flattened throughout.
Carpet was softer and fluffier in the low traffic areas before it was cleaned. I notified customer Service and advised to vacuum a couple of times which I will do. I’m not sure what can be done but I’d like my carpet to feel smooth, light and fluffy after a cleaning.

ZeroRez did a great job on my home this week. I was particularly thrilled with their ability to get stains up off the rug and recliner in my son's room. It looks like new!

Chad Sharp is the best. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He let us know on his first trip that the company cleans other types of flooring so we had him come back to do the other parts of the house. I love that we were able to request him as it is better for us to have the same people in the house that know what is expected and goes above and beyond in service.
My carpets are 12 years old and they look great! Cole worked hard to get some stains out! I couldn’t believe all he was able to pull out of the carpet…. My floors are really clean! Yay!
Safe for small kids and pets
I have used you twice; once in 2023 and again 2 weeks ago. Both times I asked the person doing the work to be careful and not damage or ding my painted white woodwork. The second time I even mentioned it to your scheduler, and asked her to note my request. Both times after the work was done and the worker left, I found 8 dings to my woodwork and the second time dings on my painted fireplace. I called and talked to a person at Zerorez who apologized, and asked if I would talk to a manager. I said yes. It has been about 2 weeks and I have not been contacted.
Excellent guidance on how to deal with dog urine and then having the tools to do a deep extraction.
