Carpets always come very clean and smell great when they leave.

Wear foot covers. Extract more water from carpet. One room was still wet 24 hours after the carpet cleaning after running a fan and a dehumidifier all night. Cleaner stepped on clean carpet with wet, dirty feet from outside to unplug machine at the end. Our first experience with ZeroRez was a 10, so disappointed not to get the same quality of service this time.

Zerorez did an incredible job cleaning my carpets! The technician, Scott, was professional, kind, efficient, and handled the entire house with care. I was impressed by his attention to detail and how fresh and clean everything looked afterward. The cleaning process left no residue, and my carpets feel brand new. Highly recommend their services!

The service took longer than expected so not all areas requested were done. The outcome of the washing could not be reviewed with anyone due to the time it took, so there was not opportunity to do a go-back or to work better in areas with some opportunity. The outcome itself was not the desired as the carpet looks as bad as before it got done, and there was a lot of "hairs" from the brushes laying on the carpet afterwards. No follow up took place same or next day and it has been impersonal. The overall score of 3 seems fair considering that at least the scheduling was easy and reliable.

Good quality cleaning

We have always had a great experience with Zerorez. Thomas was amazing at our most recent cleaning. He went above and beyond to help ensure our carpets and couch were clean.

This was a compete carpet cleaning disaster. I may have to replace the entire carpet. The tech was very nice and worked hard to do his best efforts to clean a 3’ X 4’ pet dog urine spot on the carpet. It was a stubborn spot and I had tried to clean it myself several times and also had another carpet company try. Your tech subjected a “deep extraction” that I paid extra for the tech to do. The extraction process soaked the carpet and the carpet pad. The results were horrifying!!! It caused the urine in the pad to expand to about a third of the carpet and bled throughout the top of the carpet from the initial area. It created a horrible yellow mess. I am trying other cleaning options but I’m not sure anything is salvageable. If you have other suggestions I’m open to hearing them.

No fragrance after it’s done! Seems to be more earth and animal friendly. Super easy to schedule.

We are unbelievably pleased with the remarkable job that Zerorez did for us on Monday. The carpet almost looks new! Our pet had several accidents right before she died and you cannot even tell by looking or smelling that anything had happened. I am so happy with the job done on our carpets that I am telling everyone.

Floors where smelling mildew. After a couple days. Didn't look any cleaner. Amd where hard after drying!! Paid for a smell good treatment but got opposite.
