Better communication and call customer back.
We paid $75 extra for an odor treatment in one room and it seems to have done nothing. After the cleaning and the odor treatment, I can still smell the odor and my dog did that gross thing dogs do and roll around in the exact spot where the smell is coming from. In the areas where we didn’t have an issue, the carpet seems clean enough!
Zerorez is awesome, and so was my vent-cleaning technician, Cole. He was very friendly and professional, and also very patient to answer all my questions about what exactly he was doing.
My vents are SOOOO HAPPY and clean now....:) I will definitely use Zerorez again....thanx for asking!

House was left filthy. Dust piles near all return air ducts. Tape used to cover registers not applied correctly and pulled paint off walls. Left trash in front yard.

Master bedroom and guest room were damp for more than 24 hours. In fact the first night the master bedroom was very wet. Now the room just smells damp. I knew it was going to be difficult to clean and deordorize because we have pets but I had hoped for better. I don’t believe this has happened in the past with zeroez. I am disappointed.

Maybe leave carpets a little less wet is all.
The carpet looks good and dried quickly. There was a problem with a equipment malfunction with the nozzle and technician had to go back to the shop and pick-up replacement and come back. This made appointment run longer than I had anticipated, but after he returned he worked hard and it was just over an hour and he was done.
The people are always so nice and helpful. They recommend services but are never pushy. My carpets always look great after a zerorez visit!
