Good communication from the company. Easy to talk to and found them to be reliable. They provided a competent and compassionate nurse to look after my parents. I felt at ease being away.

My biggest concern was the language barrier and Accountability of the health care aids I was meant to be relying on. Post surgery my aid was given Specific instructions that she couldn’t recall an hour later so I was unable to know my medication schedule .
The other aid could barely speak English , wasn’t able to understand easy instructions or requests and couldn’t read my prescriptions. For the cost , this service was a major let down for me and the term “ health care aid “ is very deceiving . They all seemed very under qualified to fill this role.

Lack of staff able to provide level of care for individuals with disabilities.

Far too expensive. If there were viable options, I would be looking elsewhere. I occasionally and continuously consider going private.

Caring and helpful, friendly staff who work with the family of the patient to provide exceptional care.

fees for HND are high for what the worker receives.

I asked that I not be continually sent these appraisals. I called the office and asked for them to desist and yet here they come again.

Good workers, steady schedule

I don't think the home care staff are properly trained to deal with seniors who have SERIOUS mobility issues. My wife said the my son and law and I did a better job attending to her needs.

I have been working with Nurse next door for over 3 months now and most of it has been great

great workers

Unorganized and candidates did not match profile requested. Nurses that attended were not engaged in my Moms care.

There was a bit of back and forth , but everything worked out in the end. All my caregivers were very good . There to help me I called or needed help.

Excellent care

Has been very consistent over the years with the quality of service provided, both the caregiver and their office. Easy to communicate with the office

The care was good but the policy of 72 hour cancellation does not make sense when a person is emergently admitted to hospital. Most of the people who are accessing services have enough stress and undue financial burden is unfair. I think a 24 hour cancellation is more reasonable.
