I have had more bad in the beginning and sometimes I think their is a lack of communication in the office. I have had to phone nurse next door and normally their is a message that the person I am calling out of the office.

We absolutely love love love our caregiver, I just wish you had more trained, dedicated people like her then I could refer more families. And someone trained to do some backup would be nice too.

Estelle and Susan were punctual and very friendly. My small dog normally makes strange but within 5 minutes both ladies had Gypsy sitting on their lap or playing.

Janna has been a godsend for my parents. She goes over and above what is expected and she's made my mom feel safe and cared for. She's always anticipating my mom's needs, she's empathetic, loving, and fun! I can't say enough about her. Thank you!!!

I had nurses accuse me of drug and alcohol abuse. I had nurse drag me out of my house because I had a friend monitoring me while consuming new sleep medication. Most of the "nurses" aren't nurses at all. They are house keepers or basically Amy random person who will show up. I will never ecommend or return to this service even if WCB does give me back my coverage. I had a nurse that I asked my typical welcome questions to who informed me that she was 18/19 years old and got the job because she had babysitting experience from when she was 14. This company is a joke and has treated me like one. There are wonderful ladies that work there and who have the training. However, be aware that when you hire their "nurse" you are most likely going to get someone who will retraumatize you or worse.

Hard to get a worker and then my worker quite cause you guys couldn't give her work well my daughter was in the hospital and workers can call in 10 min before there shift but then I have to give 24 hrs notice...

The staff is very professional. Always patience,polite and punctual. The carigevers are attentive and know their duties well.

The caregivers/nurses are the best. They are very experienced in the job they are doing. They also will go out of their way in order to assist you. This is not the first time that I have had nurse next door to come in to assist me after a operation. I am very satisfied with nurse next door and I would recommend them to anyone.

I love the point that you never disappoint. Even in a short notice you send a nice care giver. We also like prompt correspondence and nice attitude of staff. 👍
