My nurse is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond on a daily basis I would have given a ten but multiple times I have had to phone in over and over to book days off cause either they marked wrong days of no days off at sll

HR department has really declined in the past year, little communication. Ive stated this a few times and nothing seems to change
Shanise has always been wonderful to follow up in a timely manner and is so understanding of the need.
Still learning the routine, and having different people come in to help makes it hard sometimes but we are trying to figure it out as best as we can.
The schedulers get back in a very timely manner. The -2 points taken off form a full 10 is to due with communication difficulties which result in scheduling mix ups. Also would be great to have more workers that are able to provide level 2 care especially for disabilities.

The people I know live outside Edmonton and the inclusion of mileage put the price up too much. Therefore I found the cost to be overwhelming
