we have enjoyed the care partners w Nurse Next Door

Two of the nurses missed their shifts, including the very first shift. Because his brother was able to stay with him the very first shift, my son was fine. However if I booked a nurse for an elderly or handicapped person and my son was not able to stay, I fear what could have happened. Then, I got billed for the nurse that didn’t show for the very first shift, however, that was taken off after I explained what had taken place.

We receiveved excellent service in a timely manner!!

I gave a 8 because there is always room for improvement and always room to learn. 8 is a fair score over all for sure. I have never had any issues with anyone or with the company but no one is prefect.

The care giver that came here, was knowledgeable, considerate and gentle with my shoulder. Jane is very helpful in doing what needs to be done. Jane allows me to keep my dignity when helping with my personal dressing. If Jane does not know the answers she will try and find it.

Convenient but expensive.
Additionally, level one service is not provided and this makes no sense.
I have, although, referred a friend to use this service because of the 24 hour care that is available and I found one of the respite workers to be exceptional.

You offer a service you can’t provide. Yesterday nobody was available to help me and you can’t get people to help me at the times I requested.. if I could get a different company I would cause every time you don’t show up or can’t come at times I requested I have to make other arrangements and paid out of my own pocket.. the staff that do show up is awesome.

From first contact with care designer Shanise Squires to plan and set up services, to delivery of these services by nurse Anka Jost, my expectations were exceeded. I felt well and cared for and cared about at a vulnerable time in my life, and I am so very, very appreciative and grateful!

Good customer service

The Nurse is amazing that is looking after my mom but I had a hard time getting someone to come at all. You need to make sure you have the staff to cover what you are offering.

I think it’s a very good agency. The only thing is the administrative errors in booking caregivers at wrong times and assessment for good matches. All else is fine.
