The Nurse Next Door worked very hard to find a caregiver willing to drive the distance to my home to assist me. When they sent Sonia it was like they had sent an Angel!! Sonia is the sweetest lady who can’t do enough to help me, she is so kind, patient and an amazing cook!!

I have suggested many times. Pay your employees a liveable wage maybe with some benefits and you would retain the quality workers

Provides really good service. However, the morning people providing the service changes a bit more often I would like. Consistency with same person every day is best

They are co -operate and caring.

Good communication from the company. Easy to talk to and found them to be reliable. They provided a competent and compassionate nurse to look after my parents. I felt at ease being away.

My biggest concern was the language barrier and Accountability of the health care aids I was meant to be relying on. Post surgery my aid was given Specific instructions that she couldn’t recall an hour later so I was unable to know my medication schedule .
The other aid could barely speak English , wasn’t able to understand easy instructions or requests and couldn’t read my prescriptions. For the cost , this service was a major let down for me and the term “ health care aid “ is very deceiving . They all seemed very under qualified to fill this role.

Lack of staff able to provide level of care for individuals with disabilities.

Far too expensive. If there were viable options, I would be looking elsewhere. I occasionally and continuously consider going private.

fees for HND are high for what the worker receives.

Good workers, steady schedule

I don't think the home care staff are properly trained to deal with seniors who have SERIOUS mobility issues. My wife said the my son and law and I did a better job attending to her needs.

I have been working with Nurse next door for over 3 months now and most of it has been great
