Not reliable. There were more shifts uncovered than covered. Yesterday was canceled and I was asked if I would like to rebook another day. Why would I ? You couldn’t cover a booked shift and pick another with a chance of the same outcome.

It was interesting that it was reported from the school that when the Nurse arrived they were not aware of what they were there to provide the school with.

All of your nurses gave me the feeling of comfort and safety at night after being at home after major surgery.
The caregiver for my mom was very lovely to speak on the phone with. She called me a couple of times to ensure that she got my mom to her correct location. The Kay Edmonton clinic is huge and she didn't hesitate to reach out to me. She was concerned with funds not adding up following the outing (as cash was supplied for the cab driver and a tip was encouraged too which was followed through). There was no mistake with the remaining funds. I felt my mom was safe and communication lines were open.
The care designer was very kind and courteous.
Some money was unaccounted for.
The nurse Perdita was very knowledgeable. She was always on time and took good care of the patient.
