i got a very nice lady to help me.
We had three(3) caregivers in 4 days, with a mixed bag of experience (Learning curve !!!).
(1)The first one did not seem to have much experience and had to be taught every little detail. Not a self-starter. When not working she just sat down on the sofa and said nothing. She seemed unfamiliar with dishwasxhe, stove and dryer. Left wet laundry.
(2)The second caregiver was ok and followed our guidance.
(3)The third caregiver was good, a self-starter, who knew her way around the house and knew what needed to be done.
Work hours were: (1) 11.00 -1400; (2) 10.30 - 13.30; (3) (3) 10.00 - 13,00
We felt that this arrangement, while interesting, did not suit our circumstances. In consequence, we decided to engage a live-in cargiver.
Service provider did a great job. It was smooth.

Very easy to work with, and the coordinator keeps in close contact to ensure things are running smoothly!

The nurses are very pleasant and efficient.
My assumption was that the nurses would come prepared for $80/hr. I had to provide them with gloves, first aid kit for minor infection. Also, I was told we had to call in for my mother in law when she wasn’t feeling well.
The service has been amazing other than that, the nurses and customer service have been so helpful at all times of day!

Everyone of the nurses were wonderful and they couldn’t do enough for me , they made my stay after the surgery much comforting and I would recommend them to everyone going through a hard time
Not following care plan and poor communications.
Superior interface between clinical/nursing client manager, scheduling nurse care providers and facilitating on line and phone communications in support of client. Personal care nurses are exceptionally caring and positive advocates fur the care of clients - the elderly are well served and cared for with skill and compassion. Kudos!
because its a needed service, and nurse next door is the only one i know offering it.
