We have been trying to get the x-rays and shot needed for our uncle. There as been a few issues along the way but Nurse next door has been very helpful . The issues that we are having are not with the Nurse next door it is lake of cominucation between they other group of people in the picture.
My husband liked both caregivers and found them caring and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Bernadette who is exceptional. She really helped First name removed, my husband, gave me helpful suggestions and did vacuuming and laundry as well.
On another note the caregivers need to be trained on how to identify and use a lock box so that the disabled clients don't have to answer the door and risk falling and injury. The caregiver who came on Tuesday rang the doorbell.
Worst service ever. They asked for a picture of my wound so they could come with supplies, then they showed up with nothing and expected to use our supplies. Quit them after that.
Before that they should have come on a Friday and told wcb they had everything they needed, but then they phoned me asking for the dr orders. Everyone involved seemed to not know how to do there job very well and absolutely did not communicate well at all. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Great staff. We have the same care provider for over 3 years with no issues. Easy to communicate with office in terms of scheduling changes/updates.
We get service on very short notice, which is very important for us. You always have accommodated us!
We have worked with several caregivers who have been kind, nice, caring, and easy to work with.
I am also pleased with customer service.

Every person I have dealt with has been very professional, going out of their way to help, efficient, and very caring. My parents always receive the very best care from the nurses. They are outstanding. Also, I always receive the very best help and professionalism from the administration when I call or email.
Every one involved was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs

Nurse next door are very caring and professional. Each staff member are qualified to assist in every situation possible. Even though some of them are not nurses they have so much experience that it is unbelievable. I have have had them on more than 1 occasion and I would recommend them with the highest regard.

Very friendly as very efficient
Where one caregiver called in sick there was a panic to find a replacement (no backup plan) It worked out okay for me this time as it was not imperative that I had a caregiver present for all my appointments. The reason for using your services is that when I do eventually go in for a lung transplant, not having a support person (caregiver) to help me go to all my appointments could be difficult for me as I don't have any backup here in the city.

Friendly, caring staff. My house is tidy and my meals are prepared, I'm comfortable staying tin my home for as long as I am able.
Has consistently exceeded my expectations. Caregiver Chiara is the best. It's easy to communicate with the main office and office staff are great.

Everyone was very professional.
The lady was not a nurse and didn't have any idea of what to do. When it was time for my pain killers, she didn't even know she had the prescription. Then when we figured it that she had it and then she went to get it, it took two hours and I was in extreme pain. Then when it came time she got back for me to have it she had no idea I was going to have a difficult time taking it because my mouth and jaw were swollen. She was no help and thought of she crushed it with her fingers that would be OK. Then when I wanted some soup I made it myself. Lots of help

Good workers, steady schedule
My nurse always arrives on time and is very comfortable when asked to do various household chores, to go for a walk, and has helped medically with some of my concerns.
