Great service and kind staff

The caregivers we have used have been exceptional! Anka, in particular, is kind, caring, patient and very creative in finding ways to provide the right care to my Mom who has moderate dementia. She is very understanding of this illness and how to provide the right care at the right time.
I would highly recommend Anka with no hesitation at all!

Intentionally work to understand protocols within the care site so as to access necessary patient care materials. Capacity to tactfully identify strategies to enhance the provision of supports to patient and provide suggestions for activities that engage elderly patients.

They had issues trying to find someone to come out to rural areas, as there is no one out here, and they don’t like to help with to much unless you are bed ridden and can’t help yourself with daily needs but anything else you can’t do they don’t want to
Timely response to request for assistance.
Experienced and very caring
We had the original caregiver cancel last minute on Saturday morning. However Kamal, the replacement was absolutely amazing and was a perfect fit. Couldn't have asked for a better person. She was everything you would want in a person looking after a 4 month old baby.
Patient and helpful caregivers
The service was great, the expense however was high.
The service offerings is excellent. Only downside is the minimum hours. We had a hard time keeping the lady occupied for 3 hours.
