Staff are very helpful.

I waited for about an hour then called to see if she was coming.Turns out she'd been in the waiting room all that time.Then when we got to my apartment, she geated leftovers in the microwave which was great but I really could done that myself.When I went to pay she told me she wasn't a nurse which surprised me as the program is named "nurse next door" & I understood a nurse would help me.As far as I know my facilities were all in working order but I'm a little confused.All in all she was great otherwise.

You have visited twice and both times have been not prepared for what you have encountered. Both encounters you have only cleaned the wounds and not addressed any of the general foot health or maintenance in any way. Hoping things will improve.

At the end of the day I paid $126 for nothing but promises. And had to pay $20 for a taxi because transportation was not available. Not your fault but as a pensioner it still cost me a lot of money for no services rendered.

Too many changes in personnel and too many time/date changes
