The level of care provided for my child is exceptional. The main office staff are nice and very accommodating to our scheduling needs. They always go above and beyond.

Never once was I asked for feedback on the caregivers. First caregiver had never worked with an adult so there was no way after breaking my arm and fracturing my pelvis I was going to have her shower me. 2nd caregiver lacked a proper sense of boundaries - too much personal information shared. 3rd caregiver was perfect - professional, caring, gentle. Kept herself busy with extra cleaning...

I am extremely happy with our care provider!! She is amazing and takes such good care of my son.

I DO NOT like dealing with the call centre. I tend to email for proof of changes but the times I have to call are very frustrating with language barriers or getting calls forwarded to Vancouver.

I emailed last week and got a call ba k and I was supposed to get a call back from someone and no call has come.

I had requested my care giver get paid her her shifts that I cancel with the covid regulations of not having people in your home no call back has been received.

I am POA for my aunt in Edmonton. I live 10 hours away and I’m always concerned about her living on her own. Having Aster look after her twice weekly has been a godsend! She is friendly, courteous and continuously goes out of her way to make Aunt Mary’s day special. This really gives me peace of mind!
