The nurses provided a high level of care. They are professional, considerate and respectful. I appreciate all the care that they provide. The care planners and supervisors respond to any issues or concerns quickly. There is a serious problem with booking staff. I would give them a score of 3 out of 10. They email then call to ask you if you go it a few minutes later. They change the schedule without consulting with the client. They send out unprofessional and poorly worded emails that cause problems that have to go to management. They don’t understand or respect when you inform them that the new nurse isn’t the right person for the family. They create a lot of extra stress. They need more training and help.

NND was very responsive, organized, professional and exceeded the level of care that we expected. The process to register and organize help was professional and streamlined. We were pleasantly surprised that help was organized very quickly, as we registered the same day help was started. As well, NND tried to match the service help with the personality of my father, and not only did he appreciate it, he looked forward to speaking with them.

The only reason this is not a 10 is because the help designated for my father did change over the span that we used NND, albeit we recognize that this was primarily our issue, and due to the urgent requests we made with a short lead time.

Everyone we have connected with - from first phone call, through to the various employees entering the home - have been very polite, professional and pleasant. The immediate responses we have received, and ability to quickly adjust to our circumstances has been greatly appreciated!

There aren’t words to describe the incredible experience our family is having. Each nurse who has been caring for my father has been professional, experienced and so compassionate not only toward my dad, but our entire family.

Seeing a loved one dying from terminal cancer is very stressful and to have highly qualified, pleasant nurses in the house is easing our stresses and worries.

Tara, Jem and McRae have made the difference for us during this difficult time, we will never be able to thank them enough. Being in the home health care industry in the US, myself, there is an evident difference between caregivers who work for a pay cheque and caregivers who are passionate about their job.

The office staff do everything they can to help, are very caring and efficient. They area always willing to switch care givers around if you get one that doesn't suit you.

3 hours is too long. It would be great to have a 2 hour window or even a 1.5 hour choice. I feel I would schedule this more if I could have a nurse come in for two 1.5 hour sessions in a week.

Lack of communication in the officer to clinent

I am very happy with the girls that are coming to my house, I could not have ask for better staff. All of them are polite, helpful in any way possible. Thank you very much for your choice. Stella is absolutely a gem with animals that touched my heart, and my dogs and cats love her very much when she arrives to my house, she receive an explosion of love from my dogs to cute to see.
