You were unable to send the same employee for even two days in a row. I spent a great deal of my time explaining what needed to be done and how to do the tasks required.
This was time that I was paying for. When caring for an ill patient the care giver should be able to establish a relationship of trust between him or her and the care giver. Each time I contacted your organization I spoke with a different person. Too many chiefs and not enough workers. There was a day when Aisha was to be here at 9:00 AM and not come or contact us. It was after 9:00 AM when you called to tell me that she had an appointment elsewhereI. I cannot believe how poorly your business is conducted. I will not recommend Nurse Next Door to anyone. I will in fact give you poor reviews wherever possible. Shame on you all. Your excuses and the number of times you all said sorry was disgusting. I do not believe that your group has any empathy. It is difficult enough to have a loved one ill with a very poor diagnosis and have to endure such horrible treatment from your management. What and who do you care about?

Nurse next door has become like family

No listening

Staff are excellent very compassionate. They know their job better than anyone. They will direct you in the best way possible. They also treat you like you are part of their family.

Alice is a great help assisting me during my hip surgery recovery.

Often times when trying to fill time slots I have had workers cancel last minute. This has happened multiple times with multiple workers and makes the service somewhat unreliable.

I was not expecting to have a disgruntled employee who didn’t want to be there in this important surgery day.
I was disgusted appalled and will never contact this service again.

Sam, the RN that has been coming to the house is amazing! She is professional, friendly and very efficient. She made the visits something to look forward to. The only reason I didn’t give a higher rating was because the administration staff could be a little more organized. Received a call about the same thing from different people a couple of times. Not a really big deal, but makes things seem unprofessional. However, when we asked to have only Sam attend my needs, we were exceptionally pleased to have this request accommodated!

Excellent help

Everyone is very carrying, supportive and involved in helping to ensure my mother receives the best care.

I now have a consistent nurse and that improved this score dramatically. Having several different nurses was hard.

Cost is high. We went through several caregivers before we got one qualified.
That being said, we have the best caregiver we could ask for now. Invaluable.
