I would suggest to others that they shop around relative to the cost of service. AHS Invoice support is significantly less and there is an over-charge that a person must budget.

Because the nurse that I have had in my home goes above and beyond on a daily basis and also pushes me to be a better person and helps me through struggles that injuries create.

WE are very happy with the two health care aides we currently have. But have had issues with scheduling recently.
I haven't met Gagandeep but my Aunt was pleased with the care provided. It's hard for me to evaluate the service provided as I wasn't there personally so I'm depending on my Aunt's comments. I look forward to meeting Gagandeep at a later date.

All of the nurses who showed up for their shift were very good, but on the second morning the nurse never arrived and feedback as to what had happened was not communicated to me. Fortunately, I was not in dire need of a nurse that morning so it did not impact me. I would recommend that in the future they communicate more clearly to the client what had taken place.

Caring back office staff and great selection of caregivers etc. Covid has impacted the client service from a communication aspect and both LPN and caregivers are in high demand making their reliability a bit less than desired. But overall we are happy.
The employee that has been assisting is a super ambitious, calm, respectful and caring individual. She has gone above and beyond in her duties. We are very thankful for her support at this time. If all the employees are of the same quality then we would highly recommend your agency.

Lack of communication and knowledge on what’s going on with staff with client medical issues and saying they know but have no idea

Services are good. We have a really great caregiver. Per hour rate is quite high for what is involved in the care.
The care givers really care
She was not helpful at all. Often abandoning me to walk alone forgetting that she has a client with her, stopping to take pictures of the inside the building. Was not supporting me while I was walking when I had severe vertigo. I was left to walk on my own holding on to walls.
