What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Cant fill all the visits I requested. "Sorry for the Inconvenience" was their reply. Its an "inconvenience" to miss a lunch date, but its more than an "inconvenience" to have to reschedule TWICE a medical appointment, then have the care giver show up late.
The price is also higher than most.

Our caregiver Alice was excellent with my daughter. She was gentle, kind, understanding, and very supportive of her when she was having an emotional crisis and demonstrating less than wonderful behaviour. The fact that she showed ‘she got it’ made a world of difference to my girl, and to me. There were no hidden judgments or comments made to others about my child. My daughter trusted her to be on her side. Alice was truly a blessing to our family.

The original person who was supposed to come and meet my son and I did not show up. We love the person we have now, so it all worked out, but it was disappointing that someone could just not show up with no reason given by that person.

I found all the staff efficient and helpful and willing to help us immediately knowing we were in a bit of a time constraint. So that within two or three days Mom had care sorted for her.
Mom is really enjoying having Nastaran working with her and the care she is providing. She is good company for Mom

EMDER McCarty was my nurse Aug 20/ 21 2019. .She picked me up from the Leduc hospital ,took my back to the Best western Preimer Hotel in Leduc, Alberta. I can not express in words of HOW WELL she took care of me.She helped me in so MANY ways. That allowd me to rest peacefully and feel safe. Please tell her THANKYOU and how much i appricated her.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Has been very big help for me since my hip surgery. To have the extra help with laundry - light housekeeping besides showering has really helped to recover since surgery.
