Fast service

The staff that look after my parents are very conscientious about their care and report any concerns to the nursing staff at the lodge.

Very accommodating/ understanding to client's needs (especially our scheduling needs). Great care provided by their caregivers.

The service was exactly what I needed and comforting to have the screening of personnel provided.

The customer care that I received and the prompt attention that was given for my dad, definitely deserves a 10.

We have had a really good experience. We were lucky to get someone from Nurse Next Door who fit with us on first try. I realize that is not always the case, but we felt really blessed to get Rachel Dueck on first try. 90% of the time we are successful in getting my child off to school in spite of her protests. Rachel is very patient and gentle but firm with my daughter.

I think the scheduling process is quite easy and on short notice typically the shifts can get filled.

Most caregivers are very kind. I have a couple that my family and I really like coming.

I would have gave a 10 score but some caregivers have shown up really late for the shift and a few haven’t been the best fit for our family.

I was there on Friday with Dad when Michelle came to work in Dad's suite. Michelle is doing a very good job. She is punctual and pleasant and is meeting Dad's need thus far. In turn meeting our need as a family wanting dad's (house keeping) needs met and it be a pleasant process for him. Thank you

I loved the problem. Recommended to many others .

Only problem I had was that the care givers come and went me then we liked .

It seems to me that I just filled out a survey like this but here goes....Two of the women were very good at preparing my recipes for me to use for dinners for Name removed and me. They were polite, dressed smartly, were prompt and and came through the door with big smiles and a warm hello to start their time with us. The office staff were also prompt with answering any questions or they gave me notice if the nurse was going to be delayed or had to cancel. A replacement was offered but Name removed wouldn't have anyone else come over. With his Alzheimer's progressing, unfamiliar faces upset him so it was my choice to decline the help rather than deal with him being further confused. With me also having health issues, your services helped preserve my energy to play cards etc. with Name removed. Thanks to everyone I dealt with and keep up the good work and high standards. I feel that your service is very good, you are also very good about keeping the client informed
as to what is happening with patient care.
My only complaint is that there seems to be a high turnover of nursing staff and I feel it is hard for the patients

Munsdu is excellent caring really happy and excited. Susan is a little cranky and rough. But all in all very good service

Used to love Nurse Next Door 10 but I’ve asked a few times to not be called Monday to Friday between 8:30- 5:00 because I’m at clients homes. I get called asking if the worker has picked up Joshua from school a few times. I keep saying, how should I know? I’m at work and that’s the reason I CANT pick him up. The worker needs to check in themselves, I’m not sitting at the school checking to see if they show up. Also, when I need to add shifts or change some I call in after I’m done working, not during my work day.

In our case, could not ask for more.

Eve is great with grandma and Arnnue is always responsive to our calls and questions.
