They meet my expectations. My groceries, dressing of my bed, vacuuming, ironing, cooks for me, helps me attend my Medical appointments, physioto bank, attend Sunday Church Service, helps me sometimes to take a walkinthe parametersof my apartment building,friendly, cleans my apartment suite, drives me to physio appointment, they understands me, and are committed, trustworthy, and responsible. So far, I have not had, any bad issue with them, and I am not expecting one. Many Thanks for their help and all those who made it practicable for them to be connected to me for such a tremendous help. May the Good LORD Richly Bless YouALL!!!(They iron my stuffs, throw garbages away,and keeps my suite clean. Merci!!!
The staff always keeps me updated with the schedule and any changes. The caregivers are all wonderful.

Foot care was a bit late and entered looking distraught. Probably some difficulty locating
the address. A quick nail cutting (first time) treatment and she left. Forgot the name of
a cream she suggested to use three times a day. Cannot each the sole of my foot.
Everything from customer service to the friendly people I talked to. Especially my nurse peta.

Have utilized the service for several months, quite satisfied with our client coordinator. And had no issues with service provided for my wife while I am away.
Likely not. Continued issues with NND internal communication - everyone needs to get on the same page. This problem happens time and time again and is very frustrating. Issues with Caregivers not getting paid on time. NND never able to adequately staff. The client should not have to always make the hire referrals.

My caregiver is amazing but the communication with in the office is poor. I find you tell the people answering the phone one thing the do the opposite. Or if your caregiver is unable to make it and no one can replace them they send no one or dont communicate with clients. Or ask client if they want to cancel. And not sleek with the client they message on the phone.
Or if someone calls in they don’t tell the workers that it’s been canceled and workers dhow up this has happened few times. And then lye and say it was not called in when it was.

HCAs are not trained. Sometimes it is like they pulled someone off the street to come and work for them.
