The quality of the caregivers has been excellent. Dealing with the administrators like Amber and Dianne has also been easy and they’ve been very helpful.

We truly love the nurse, Megan, very professional and kind. Very helpful, friendly. Assists with anything that needs to be done. It’s been a great experience so far.. An awesome service.

Amber has joined the team and is amazing and is doing more for the company then anyone has done. Love how she set up a meet and greet before sendin the person i for training!!! Way to go Amber and I have already refered a friend who is also on wcb to you guys becasue of her

It would depend on the level of care needed. They are excellent for giving home care as a ongoing care package. Some help were not really well versed on Palliative Care. Palliative Care is quite different from day to day home care.

Because my nurse was annoying and did not wear a mask nor gloves and did not wash her hands. And the nurse next door was annoying and would call me 3 times a day for unnecessary crap.

My Aunt really enjoys Aster's visits, and having Aster come in weekly gives me the peace of mind knowing that she is doing ok. Especially because I live in another province.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

I am thrilled with my care provider. I am very happy with my care specialist. I do not like all the confusion with several people contacting and no one seeming to talk to one another. Whoever I possibly can I avoid contacting the call center and have my care specialist make any schedule changes. Additionally I am hard pressed to ever give a 10 Because there is always room for improvement.
