As I said in the last request for feedback I absolutely would not recommend an agency that is cutting services for children based on wanting more money. The callous what it was approached and uncaring response from our care designer has left a very bitter taste. In recent months the customer service has started to decline.
The only positive I can say is our caregiver is amazing,
But that means nothing when YOU chose to cut our services! There is no way I would tell someone to come to you for support in fact I will be sharing why they SHOULDN'T trust you.

The staff we had in to look my Dad were fabulous. However there was a 11:00 pm to 7:00 am shift that was a no-show and there wasn't as much as an apology. We heard from some of the others that she wasn't really reliable. My Dad passed away on Feb 18, the nurse that was in that morning was so good, however we thought it was terrible that my brother got a call to say the rest of his care was being cancelled 7 minutes after he passed, he rushed right over and hadn't got upstairs yet - totally unreasonable. Maybe its protocol, but its not right. I am personally in the service business and I know that bad news travels 10 times faster than good news, and this ranks as bad news in our mind. Its too bad, the staff we had in were so warm and caring
This is the second time i have used Nurse Next Door and i have had excellent service from them both times and highly recommend them.
When care comes down to a money grab it is extremely disappointing. I love our caregiver but how can I possibly recommend an agency that has cancelled our service because of money...it’s horrible and it has absolutely devastated my son.

The Nurse next door was extremely pleasant and helpful. She prepared two delicious meals and provided excellent company. I look forward to her visit next week

Service is very good as well as caregivers.
My mother has been absolutely impressed by the care she has received from her assigned nurse Selena. They hit it off right away and my mother is so happy and looks forward to the days Selena is scheduled to come by. Your service has provided wonderful care for her and relief for us, her daughters, during this time as we cannot visit our mother until the quarantine restrictions are lifted at her care home. Selena bathes our mom and takes care of any other small needs she has that we would normally do for her. So many thanks to all of you. We just cannot say enough.

Everyone is so personable and caring. They take the time to spend time with the person in need instead of treating them like a patient. Every single nurse I have talked to or met has been wonderful. My stepfather wanted no one in his house but family. We got nurse next door against his wishes and he loves all of them. Fantastic people!
