From first contact with care designer Shanise Squires to plan and set up services, to delivery of these services by nurse Anka Jost, my expectations were exceeded. I felt well and cared for and cared about at a vulnerable time in my life, and I am so very, very appreciative and grateful!

Good customer service

The Nurse is amazing that is looking after my mom but I had a hard time getting someone to come at all. You need to make sure you have the staff to cover what you are offering.

I think it’s a very good agency. The only thing is the administrative errors in booking caregivers at wrong times and assessment for good matches. All else is fine.

All the caregivers assigned were very professional and courteous. At times the patient can exhibit rude behaviour but our observation of the interaction witnessed no departure from the professional training your organization asserts.

I like the personal telephone follow-ups to see how things are going etc. I like the e-mailed monthly schedule. Most of all , the consistent care and reliability of our care giver Ray.

Rapid set up and reliable attendance

Regardless of how good you think you have recovered the day after surgery, having someone come in, check on you, and change my bandages was the smartest desision i made.
I thought I would feel worse, but dealt with the recovery better then some. Regardless having a nurse validate progress and be in the house should the unthinkable happen was reassuring for me.
Everyone from office and staff were a pleasure to deal with.

I am glad for the opportunity to talk about my experience with Nurse Next Door.
- When dealing with the office staff, I have always been impressed with their promptness and complete readiness to share any information about my care with me. For example if the schedule had to change I would receive a call telling me there was a change. When I was going to receive a medical supplies order, I would get a call from the office to advise of the delivery.
- As far as my Nurse care, I am even more impressed with the level of care the nurses have provided. I have never felt unsure of my recovery. They communicate everything in regards to my wound. Lastly I would like to say the Nurse and the Nurse practitioner have made my recovery the best experience I have had.
