Huge room, the sauna is incredible and easy to use, cold plunge was freezing but good contrast
It was great to be back after taking a few months off due to a busy work schedule. The suites are great having your own space for an hour. Clean, spacious and great staff to always greet you when you enter and leave.

I had my first visit at your Hingham location on Monday. I have never tried something like this so I was going in totally blind, and I was nervous I wouldn't know what to do/how to do it, but the woman working there, I think she said her name was Jinn(?) made me feel SO comfortable. She was so helpful in explaining how everything worked and the benefits of it, and even "warned" me of how I might feel pins and needles or feel shocked when I first get in the cold water. So it was really helpful to know that was something I could expect beforehand. It was wayyy too shocking at first, so I started by showering in cool water before going in, and that helped a lot. It was amazing. I forget the other receptionists name but she had long brown hair, and she was very welcoming and cheerful as well. My room was super clean and it was cute that there was little ammenities like combs and hair ties. It honestly felt like I was on a mini vacation.
I have already recommended it to friends and family, and will def continue to do so! Jinn talked to me about becoming a member and while it is currently out of my budget, I am definitely going to consider signing up sometime after the holidays.

The sauna was set to the number that I like it set at. The staff are always very professional.
It’s quiet, clean, calm, and the people are nice. Going here helps with my pain management.
It was a very relaxing experience. The cold plunge was really helpful given the inflammation i had from my painful knees.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything very well. Facility was beautiful and they thought of everything down to a plastic bag for my swimsuit. I will definitely be back.
The privacy of the suite. Hosts were welcoming but then just left me alone. For a busy mum that was heavenly. Thankyou. Also very clean and functional. Would love to come again

I liked the private room. I liked that the sauna did not heat up my nipple rings like a traditional sauna. I liked that I could listen to my music. I liked that I felt like I could relax because there wasn't anyone else around to bother me.
