Front desk staff is friendly and the suites are always clean and ready on time.
I love the sweat houz the only thing about the Burlington location is that there is no way to hang your belongings no hooks in the room and it is kind of snug with having the shower cold plunge and sauna all in the same area. I wish there was a little bit more room to hang your belongings, especially in winter.

As a first time visitor, I was impressed with the facilities of sauna, plunge tub and shower. The quality of the shampoo, conditioner and body gel were also great as was the beauty bar (dryer, etc). I felt pampered!
