It was clean & the staff was friendly. This was my first time going to Sweathouzz & I had booked my appointment. online. Being new to Sweathouzz, I read the website for instructions & suggestions on what to wear, time to arrive & waivers to sign, etc. There were none. When I arrived I was surprised to learn that attendant had started the digital clock in my room before I got in there. I had an hour appointment & after signing the waiver and getting a quick tour, I was down to 48 minutes when I got in the room. If I go back again, I will get there very early. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

It was my girlfriend and I’s first time there and the experience we got was absolutely amazing. Matthew checked us in and he was super friendly. Gin gave us a tour and was incredible with her hospitality, explanation of everything, and setting us up. My girlfriend and I will absolutely be back!

The privacy and comfort of the whole experience. I wish there was a handle to use getting in and out of the tub though.

Friendly staff
I loved being able to share this experience with someone else. I really enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge and the lux vitamin c shower. There are so many nice touches, such as, the tv, Bluetooth, and different types of sauna lighting. It was great experience and I would do it again.
I do wish there was complimentary robes and sandals to go a changing room with lockers. There was minimal space to put our clothes, shoes, jackets and most stuff ended up wet. The room to apply make up and blow dry your hair should be bigger to accommodate more people. There were people waiting to use it and one of the blow dryers didn't work. It felt rushed and crammed.
The rooms have everything needed right there.
