The only recommendations is to put those sticky strips between the shower and the sauna. The floor gets really slippery.

I absolutely loved everything about sweathouz. I loved the privacy, the space, the vitamin c shower and the music. I felt extremely relaxed. Recovery is very important to me and this place was perfect for that.

The place was very clean and the attendants were very nice and explained everything we needed to know. The overall experience was great. I really enjoyed the sauna and sweat a lot.
Clean
Check in was easy, everything was exactly as advertised (meaning it didn’t look cooler in the ads than what the experience delivered), and the people helping were informed about the benefits, how to use the facility, and not too pushy about signing up for a membership. Oh and the facilities were VERY clean and sophisticated which is what I wanted. Overall - a very easy and high quality experience.
The ladies at the front desk were very nice and informative as a first time customer, and the amenities were fantastic, it was so magical I felt like a new man walking out
