I loved the privacy of the sauna experience. The person who showed me around was knowledgeable and gave me tips and tricks on how to maximize my experience. I already told friends and family and plan on going back! I do wish there was a location closer to me (I’m in central mass, so driving to the Boston area, is a little far)

I’ve consistently had a top-notch experience at SWTHZ SOUTH BOSTON. The rooms are always spotless, appointments run on time,(accommodating when I have run late also)and the entire staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and professional, making every visit enjoyable. I always leave feeling well taken care of, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service!

I love the place and the whole vibe of it! The surroundings are really nice. The water machine could work a little better, but overall it wasn’t a big deal. My only suggestion would be letting customers know how to use the Bluetooth in the sauna—I had it my first time and loved it, but haven’t used it since (my fault for forgetting to ask!).
Overall, such a great experience! The workers are sooo kind and friendly. I rave about this place to everyone!
