The friendly staff, the relaxing atmosphere and the cleanliness of the spa room. Experiencing 150 degree temperatures and then submerging in 45 degree water left me with an energized feeling that stayed with me all day!

Nolan was amazing! He was enthusiastic and professional and generous (with our comped experience and a free guest pass). We made a commitment to try different experiences this year, and this one did not disappoint. So clean, so welcoming- just awesome. We loved it and left with a package. Is it the sauna? The plunge? The vitamin c shower? The Friday vibe of freedom? Could be all of the above- we both feel FAB.

Everything! The staff were very informative and helpful. The sauna was amazing, as the vitamin c shower and cold plunge were as well. It was my first time doing one and i was able to build up the endurance to a whole minute.

Love this place, the staff is awesome, the suites are beautiful and functional, and the health benefits are unrivaled. Highly recommend to anyone looking to jump start their healing, get better recovery after workouts, and even build up their immune system/work on mental health.
