I love everyone who works there! They always make my sessions perfect! The suites are always super clean. The contrast therapy makes me feel amazing. I tell everyone how amazing it is there. Great experience in the "Penthouse" suite. Lovely facility with two saunas, two cold plunge tubs, and two showers. Main complaint was there were not mats on the floor that inevitably will get quite wet from in/out of the cold plunge. Had to use half our towels on the floor to prevent slipping. But 10/10 would return.

The privacy! Everything was so clean and felt super moody and luxurious. The whole time I couldn’t stop thinking of people I know who would love it! Everything was customized to my liking. My only wish is I got to use their fancy water filter machine! Oh well, always next time!
The young women running it were super kind and attentive. It was pleasant.

The front desk is very friendly. I always feel so comfortable in the same and love being able to read and sweat at the same time.
The whole experience is amazing . Infrared sauna with color therapy to start followed by a vitamin C shower rinse to get you ready for the contrast plunge into a pristine stand up sit down pool

Very welcoming staff and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend hiding the cord or covering it to the cold plunge cause it gets soaked when you’re in and out of the shower/cold plunge. At some point it could be a issue as it ages and frayes

I enjoyed finding a new place that was relaxing and quite to enjoy after a long week. I appreciated the privacy that this experience offers, that sets it apart from other local options.
