It was my girlfriend and I’s first time there and the experience we got was absolutely amazing. Matthew checked us in and he was super friendly. Gin gave us a tour and was incredible with her hospitality, explanation of everything, and setting us up. My girlfriend and I will absolutely be back!

The privacy and comfort of the whole experience. I wish there was a handle to use getting in and out of the tub though.
Staff was helpful and guided us though the process. Everything I needed or forgot to bring was available in the room or in the hair drying area.

Friendly staff
I loved being able to share this experience with someone else. I really enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge and the lux vitamin c shower. There are so many nice touches, such as, the tv, Bluetooth, and different types of sauna lighting. It was great experience and I would do it again.
I do wish there was complimentary robes and sandals to go a changing room with lockers. There was minimal space to put our clothes, shoes, jackets and most stuff ended up wet. The room to apply make up and blow dry your hair should be bigger to accommodate more people. There were people waiting to use it and one of the blow dryers didn't work. It felt rushed and crammed.
The rooms have everything needed right there.

The entire experience was a pleasure.
It was my first time. I enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly. I used the adaptive suite since I am an amputee. My husband was with me and I think I wouldn’t have been able to manage the cold plunge without his help. The only other thing that was a bit tricky was having enough room to sit and get dressed. Otherwise it was a good experience.
The entire experience was fantastic. Got a great explanation of how everything worked in the room, and was so impressed with all the little details, such as towels, plastic bags, music, options, and extra toiletries that you might need. Left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated, highly recommend.
Was so fun!! Loved how clean the space was and that you could put music on and the sauna and cold plunge were so fun!
