Friendly staff and love the sauna!
I loved the staff and the experience as a whole! I had never been in a sauna or a cold plunge. It was very relaxing and felt great.
Absolutely lovely experience! What stood out even more were the two young women at reception. Lately, it can feel like the younger generation lacks motivation or strong work ethic, but these two completely changed that perspective for me. They were kind, knowledgeable, energetic, and incredibly thoughtful. Not only was my own interaction with them wonderful, but while getting ready in the makeup area, I overheard several other positive interactions they had with incoming guests as well. It genuinely made me smile—it’s refreshing to see young people who care about their work, do it well, and seem happy to be there.
The only additional feedback I have is regarding the shampoo and conditioner. I’d highly recommend switching to products that are more suitable for curly hair types. Doing so would also create a more inclusive experience by being mindful of different hair textures. Unfortunately, the current shampoo left my hair feeling extremely dry and rough. There are many better options out there that work well for a wider range of hair types, such as OUAI.

And I loved the cold plunge and sauna together in one room, and the vitamin C shower definitely a great plus.
