The staff makes a big difference
i love sweathouz but i wish the floor was non slip, its very dangerous when going back and forth between cold plunge and sauna with a slippery concrete floor. Also i wish i could see the clock while i was in the sauna as i can’t bring my phone in the sauna. other than that i really love the facility. always clean and staff is always nice.
Clean rooms everything all in one room. Sauna shower and cold plunge that you can use as you please.

The staff were very helpful and informative for my first ever visit. The facilities were great and it was awesome to have my own suite as opposed to most saunas being shared. Having a choice in music being played really sealed the deal
