I’ve been a member at Swthz for almost a year now, and I love it. I credit my regular sessions with why my doctor took me off the BP meds I’d been on for 20 yrs - it finally went down to a normal range. And my skin feels fantastic. Biggest plus though is just how great I feel after…it boosts my mood the rest of the day. There’s just aomething about it that makes me feel great…I go in the mornings and always get a lot more accomplished on my Swthz days.
Also, the staff is beyond spectacular…always helpful, very friendly, truly the best!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and everything WORKED!!! The cold plunge was COLD, and the sauna was at 170 when I got there… THANK YOU!!!
And also, Q-TIPS where the hair dryers are, YES!!!

This was my first time and I really enjoyed my experience. It was very relaxing.
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Suite had all that you could ask for….TV, sound system, towels along with the shower, sauna and cold plunge

I’m obsessed with SweatHouz since I discovered it this summer. The facilities are always spotless and the staff super friendly.
