It was awesome I loved all the amenities especially how on top of the cold plunge sauna and shower there was shampoo and conditioner and makeup wipes, eucalyptus towels, a TV, Dyson air wrap.

The customer service is absolutely outstanding! All of the employees are friendly, genuine, and professional and it’s such a welcoming environment. The suites are top-of-the-line, and overall, it feels like a sanctuary in Southie.

Had such a great experience at SweatHouz today! My husband and I went for a recovery day and it was exactly what we needed. The facility was clean, relaxing, and the whole experience left us feeling refreshed and recovered. Perfect way to give your body some recovery after tough workouts or busy weeks. Staff was welcoming and made everything easy. Definitely adding this into our recovery routine
