I enjoyed the freedom of having all three elements at your disposal for the entire hour, where some places the hour is broken up for you. I also appreciated the flexibility of allowing me to have some extra time and experience the whole hour since I was a little late after having some trouble finding the location.

Lovely. It was perfection. The sauna is the perfect size for you and a partner if you so choose. Having an enclosed personal space with all three along with toiletries, very thoughtful. From hair elastics to makeup wipes, hair dryer and extra towels. Very lovely experience. Hair dryer on site as well to enjoy the most of the vitamin C shower.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and the facility felt clean and luxurious. The time flew by and I think a 90 minute session would be more desirable if I were to return. I hope this is offered in the future.

never tried cold plunge before or a vitamin c shower. i felt energized after the experience and my skin is so soft! even helped clear up my acne. awesome i get to experience it with a partner as well. very cool, we will be back again.
