Clean! Friendly staff!
OMG it was such an amazing experience. And I was able to get any help that I needed with no issues. Staff were very helpful and amazing.
It was very spacious and had incredibly friendly staff. They gave me plenty of time in the room and everything was a great price!

Everything!! The suite was clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the sauna, shower and cold plunge and are looking forward to doing it again.

Nice facility and friendly staff
SweatHouz is a 10/10 experience every time. Clean, relaxing atmosphere with friendly, professional staff. The private sauna rooms are top-tier and perfect for recovery or stress relief. I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged—definitely worth it.

Very clean! I liked the white noise it made it feel very private and was able to have a good conversation with my partner while in the room

The friendly staff and the private rooms are great.
Some maintenance is needed though. The locks on some of the doors don’t work. Also, it is sometimes impossible to get warm or hot water from the showers.
We had the best time. Walking in we didn’t know what to really expect but the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The space was clean and relaxing.
Clean and had a spa like luxe environment
The staff was super friendly. The overall environment of my private suite (love that the cold plunge is included in the suite) was so relaxing! I love that you guys provide so many things from deodorant to a dyson hair dryer! I feel like my relaxation and enjoyment is a true priority. Also, love how clean it is!

Loved the vitamin c shower, the tv and sound quality, plus the makeup wipes, q tips, hair dryer, and wet bag were all very helpful and convenient.
I liked being able to go between the sauna the shower and the cold plunge. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially since it was my boyfriend and I first visit. I also like that the rooms had supplies for when you were done like combs and deodorant spray. The beauty room was also very helpful for being able to dry my hair after. It was a great experience.
Loved everything about our experience. Especially the cleanliness and the flavored water. We are patiently waiting for the Portsmouth location to open!

It was low pressure - allowed us to enjoy the experience without a whole sales job. My husband loved the cold plunge and I loved the sauna. It was a great date day.
Everyone was so friendly and informative! The studio was clean and all the extra touches really made the experience. I loved the cold towels and the drink selections. The hair ties and makeup removers available were also so thoughtful. The sauna and cold plunge were relaxing and invigorating. We will definitely be back.
Gin was just wonderful…made everything very relaxing and comfortable. She gave great instruction for my first time and just a sweet presence. Loves that!
