The experience was lovely. I enjoyed it very much. I found the rules were clean. The water in the cold plunge seemed to clean and the environment was very nice and the young lady that checked me in was very informative as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love SweatHouz! The red light therapy and cold plunge are my favorites. I always feel so refreshed afterward, and it’s become one of my favorite ways to take some time for myself. I love being able to unplug, relax, and focus on my wellness. The whole experience is great, and I always leave feeling good. If you haven’t tried SweatHouz, I definitely recommend it! ❤️

New experience for me. Always heard about the cold plunge but never heard about alternating between the cold plunge and sauna and shower. It was very relaxing. And even though I knew there are multiple rooms it felt very private.

My husband and I love doing this as a date! It's so fun and relaxing and staff always makes you feel so relaxed and cared for! Loved the rainy fall day and sound on the tv!

I enjoyed everything from the time I walked in to getting instructions on how things work as it was my first time coming to Sweathouz and getting instructions a Cold Plunge and my experience was more then I expected it was Great! I can’t wait to return! Thanks to the Amazing Staff

I really like the rooms, they had a nice modern feel to them, everything was clean and organized! Overall, it was a good experience and felt refreshed after this first round!
The facility was quiet, calming, and clean. I loved having a nice place to do contrast therapy. The flavored/enhanced waters were nice. I love that towels are provided as well as a hair/makeup station to do after the session. Staff was very friendly and professional.
