I believe her name is Krissy. She was extremely professional. I wasn’t planning on signing up for a membership, but with her calm, and relaxed professional behaviors, and her non pushy behaviors, I changed my mind, and became a member. At first I was planning on signing up for a two times a month membership for 109 dollars or so… but with Krissy’s professional, relaxed laid back, non pushy behavior, I easily decided to sign up for the 4 times a month membership for 169.
My 2nd time, another professional worker, young and white worker. I like this place. For both visits, I like how the cold water tub is salt water. I heard salt water cold tub does good things to the body
Clean, efficient, temps of sauna and cool plunge were perfect. The towels were a bit tattered and there was no body wash soap I. The shower dispenser

The staff were so nice and explained everything so clearly to me. The suites were pristine and very comfortable. Not sure of the benefits of the treatment yet and I am waiting to see if I am going to sign up for one of the memberships.

The relaxation
Very clean. Staff was very nice. Towels could be a little softer and a chair to sit in while getting dressed would make would make the experience a little better. Other than that, the session was excellent.
