SOOOO friendly. All the staff loves dogs and it shows.
It always smells so good in there too. The dogs are always active.
Whatever cleaner is being used has to strong a smell or else cleaning is not as good as it can be as my dog comes home smelling pretty bad.
Great friendly staff. We use daycare and spa services. Excellent jobs by both. Always happy with results. Our dog is exhausted afterwards.
I don't like the payment system at all. It is a horrible system to require people to buy a package of days per week and then not let people freeze their package without 2 weeks notice. It is unrealistic to require people to pay so much every week and then require that much notice to pause their account. Also limiting the amount you can freeze. All of this feels like a cash grab for a service that is already more expensive than alternatives in D.C.
You enjoy the puppies and the pups love most of you.
Staff is very nice and welcoming and treat the dogs with great professional care.
Great service and customer support. You all take care of the dogs really well and always work with me on if I need to cancel daycare last minute. Also my dog loves it there and all of the employees. Overall a great experience

Maybe offer doggie report cards, like some other local daycares offer. It’s a fun way to hear about what our pups did/experienced that day.
I love the care you give my dog. There are always things for them to do daily. I like all the treats that you have and it’s great to be able to have her groomed while there. This is the best place.
My dog is always happy to go to the daycare. I feel she is safe & well taken care of when we board her.

The care takers are the best. They know how to work with your dogs personality, and attitudes. My dog as a puppy was told he was to active for another Dogtopia, no Tysons, they just loved on him and he can't wait to start his day there!!!
Riley loves going to daycare! She has made many friends with other dogs and room attendance. Very much recommended for dogs who have separation anxiety.

Gave you a " 10" . The only thing I would ask (to improve upon) is to speed up the drop off and pick up at curbside.

The way the dogs are divided up is great for my dog, who is a little more shy. My dog loves the people who work there. I love being able to see my dog and her friends on the webcam, and photo days are just too cute!
The staff and love how they make each dog feel special
