I am very particular about who watches our two labs when we are away. I trust the staff at Dogtopia Plymouth 100%!! It is also a great place for our boys to go just to play for awhile. We have been members since the beginning and can’t imagine going anywhere else!!
Love the drop off, pick up curb service. Facility is bright and clean and safe for dogs.

I feel as if the supervision of the dogs are not to par as what is discussed in the Meet and Greet. I also never received a dog report card for the daycare full days. Staff are okay, can learn more customer service skills.
We’ve been with the company since they opened this location. The people are great. The service is consistent, reliable and more than convenient. It allows me and the family/kids to not feel guilty having to drop off the pooch. Never have to crate or leave at home for long stretches. Boarding available too so it’s a one stop shop. Our dog needed the release. A Handful until she started attending and socializing with other dogs.
I have zero guilt with my dog. When I can’t be there, we have the best service and people to rely on.
Groomer was great and took his time to listen and interact with Kaya.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The two employees I interacted were friendly, professional and on time.
would love to have some turf/outdoor space for potty breaks - my dog does not go potty indoors :(
The Staff are friendly and super welcoming.
My dog loves coming to dogtopia. She is always so excited when we pull up to the parking lot. Everyone knows her and greets her. Her excitement about being there makes me feel comfortable about boarding her. I know she feels safe and is having fun.
We love having a place where our fur baby can play and get rid of all the excess energy! Dogtopia is the perfect place for that. The staff takes great care of all the pups and the faculties are super clean!
I was able to see the webcam live to check on my dog. The front staff was very friendly.

They were very good to our newly blind dog.
I was informed he would be with other special needs dogs and I didn’t see that. He was with other dogs that were jumping other dogs. A few dogs protected Gus and he did eventually walk around the room. So adapted I want to avoid a dog jumping on him to be playful but he wouldn’t see it coming or know what to do.
Convenient, caring, and attentive. The facility is spotlessly clean. The app and webcams are a great!
Easy to schedule a meet and greet, friendly staff, large facility. There seem to be a lot of people that send their dogs there, which is a good sign.
The staff was so kind and explained everything! It was my first time at a dog daycare and they helped my puppy get situated in the play room and he seemed to have so much fun! However, the app has not been working and there seems to be many technical issues with it.

Always friendly and Cooperative seems to really like going. This time you guy’s bathed , cut his nails and brushed his teeth so it was nice to be able to do all at once while I was in town visiting.

The time of operation is great. I like being able to drop my dog off early on days I am leaving out early. The play areas they are in are nice. I like that I can check in on the live cameras. All the staff are nice and friendly. The activities for the dogs are cool (picture days, treats, etc.). I like that my dog can receive services (wash, nails, etc.) here the same day she is in care.
Seems like a well run facility but it’s really more for daycare than overnight boarding based on the rates if you are not enrolled in daycare. Some people only need boarding but your rates are a bit high to charging for both day care and boarding. Most places charge one fee if you are boarding.
We like being able to see our Pup on the camera's while we are away most of all! Also, checking in is so easy, your staff is always so prepared with a printed sheet for boarding to go over all the details. Our Pup is also crate trained so we also like that Dogtopia does a small crate time during the day then also crates at night, this helps with his normal schedule at home,
My dog loves Dogtopia! The staff is wonderful and they genuinely love my dog. I went to another daycare place for a while but I prefer Dogtopia for their structure and coaches. I also love that you’re open until 5 on Saturday and are open Sunday morning. My dog is very high energy and Dogtopia has been a blessing.
I love the way you all know me and my dog Moose. You treat him as if he was your own dog. He gets so excited when I say let's go to school! He truly loves it there. Thank you!
