I love that my Aurora loves to come and see you guys. She begs every day to come and visit you guys. I also love that she can come there and get her energy out instead of being cooped up her cage while we're at work. I love how friendly you guys are and every time I come in there you guys know exactly who I am and which dog is mine. Keep up the good work You guys are amazing!

Nadia grooms our dog beautifully.
He’s happy when he returns to us. This did not happen when we had him groomed elsewhere.
Pickup service is awesome. After a long day it’s nice you bring our dog to us in the car.
When I pick up bogie in the afternoon to go home he's worn out I like that you all keep the sprinklers on for him put them in the pool let him run around and you take good care of him
friendly always accessible and clean.
but please dry the dogs more thoroughly when you wash them. I was promised this time and my dog stank more than ever, so much so I had to rewash him again.

My dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia to play! I feel confident that he is safe and enjoying himself when he goes for day camp and overnight visits.

My dog was bitten by a Doberman this past weekend while in your care. I was told my dog "was annoying"the Doberman repeatedly and the Doberman finally had had it and snapped at my dog. A "coach" was present but did nothing to intervene or divert my dog's "annoying" behavior which resulted in the bite. No one noted that my dog was injured and he came home to me with an open wound, dried blood on his coat. The wound was so deep it required 6 stitches and a week of antibiotics ($450) because an infection had begun.
There was no accountably on your part. You apologized only that no one checked out my dog after the incident but because he didn't cower and stopped the behavior, the coach didn't think there was a problem and it was not even noted. You mentioned that "there are a lot of dogs, sometimes 23 or so" and so it is hard to monitor everything.
I have been boarding at Dogtopia for several years and had thought my dog was safe and cared for there but now after this conversation and lack of accountability for the lack of oversight,I do not feel that it is safe for him. It makes me sad as I had sung your praises to all my friends.
And a $350 stay at Dogtopia resulted in a $450 vet bill.
An outdoor space would be nice
more detailed updates/recaps of the day either via text, email or in app would be nice :)
I appreciate the long hours available for daycare, including weekend availability, and how personalized the services have been!
The staff were all very nice and I liked that I could check in on my dog during the day. I also really appreciate that they evaluate each dog on individual temperament rather than having breed restrictions. My dog seemed happy and well cared for, thanks!

My dog LOVES it at Dogtopia. All the people that work there are very caring. Their groomer does a quality job. Great place!
