Keep the cameras on and working while our babies are awake.
The recurring issue for us is that leashes continue to get mixed up when we pick up our 2 dogs. Realize this seems silly, but one dog has behavioral issues and requires a gentle leader. The other dog won't walk with. So when these get mixed up it actually become dangerous to leave with them that way. Moreover, some staff don't seem to know what a gentle leader is and try to put on like a regular coller/leash. That has happened even after we have reported it. So no new procedures have been implemented to make sure the right dog gets the right leash when leaving.
Holly gets so excited when she knows that she is going which shows us that she is extremely well liked and cared for there. All the staff are so wonderful and always make us feel welcome. I highly recommend Dogtopia Aurora Village to anyone who would need a doggie daycare. The pets are well looked after, kept active and sleep like a baby when they leave. Thank you Dogtopia Aurora

I like that more than one employee knows my dog by name and can tell me something about my dog’s day. My dog readily goes with the staff. My dog is not stress when she comes home and acts like her regular self (not sleeping the evening away from an exhausting day). I like that I can see my dog on the webcam throughout the day. I also like that you now provide one on one walks for my dog if I opt into that service, and I do. Friendly staff and friendly dogs.
I feel like the dogs are really well looked after. Lots of communication. I’m comfortable leaving her there.

Service, as always, is the best. However, I was surprised that the three-hour drop-off for my dog while I ran some errands in town, ended up costing $51. My fault, I guess, for not being aware of the policies -- but it will definitely keep me from using the service in a similar way in the future. Thanks.
Our dog loves this place! He’s always so relaxed when we pick him up, and it is really nice being able to check on him through the day. He’s always having so much fun!
The staff recall my dog everytime we come in for drop off. They are excited and happy to greet us. The cameras to watch my dog throughout her visit is amazing, as I enjoy seeing her being active and interacting with other dogs. During pick up, the staff are quick and efficient to collect my dog and bring her out. They give an update on how she was through the day - and overall my dog has an amazing time each time!
