My dog loves it there! He's always excited to go in. he's also always tired when we pick him up, which is a good thing. I love to see him on the cameras!
The services thus far have been awesome! I believe that Nubi is adapting well also. The Staff is always very friendly and helpful. We will continue to use you guys and let others know about your services!

Ruka came home from an overnight stay (less than 24 hours) with a contusion on her nose, and limping with 2 injured paw pads. The staff was unable to explain the bump on her nose when I asked and assumed it may have been from the crate. When we got home she could barely walk because of the paw injuries which resulted in a $250 vet visit. In addition to the $116 overnight stay. Because of these reasons we would not recommend Dogtopia to a friend and will not be bringing her back.
I love Dogtopia, all the people, the mgmt. Everyone is so friendly te place is spotless! My dog Lennon can't wait to go there and most important both my dogs have never gotten sick! We love DOGTOPIA!!!!!

Everyone on the staff is friendly, and they make the dogs, as well as the parents, feel important. I have also been happy with their willingness to communicate, their flexibility, and efficiency.
Requested our dog be groomed prior to pick up after boarding for 8 days. He was not groomed and it was a hassle to have the charge removed

Friendly caretakers. My pet as she is a senior dog and while friendly, doesn't have the energy to play with pups. The team keeps her safe and lets her relax on her own to ensure her safety and well being.
The staff sincerely cares about our dog, and that means everything when you entrust someone with a part of your family.

I love sending my dog, Vader, to dogtipia Roseville. The people are all friendly and great. I moved to another state but when I needed him in good hands during a visit, Dogtopia Roseville is the first place I think of. Even though it had been over 6 months they remembered him and he was excited to go back. Definitely recommend this location.
My family loved Dogtopia! Everyone is so caring. My dog can be a pain and they are so kind. I know when I drop him off he is being loved and cared for.

You genuinely care about our dogs. Their reaction when they arrive speaks volumes, they are always so happy to see you. I like that you have different levels of play areas especially since I have one very active and one older gentleman. I also like that you offer to help bring the dogs in since I am handling two of them.

We love that boarding and daycare come in one package in the top dog program! It's also relieving to know that the dogs are always monitored to avoid any misbehaviors or accidents. The cameras provide a sense of safety and reassurance that our dogs are always having a fun time, even without us l!
My dog is happy to go there and comes home in very good spirits. They are very professional. I have never had a bad experience there. It smells wonderful.
