I would like to see discounts applied to longer term stays, or a rewards program whereby you could earn "free nights" based on number of prior stays. I board my dog 2-4 times a year and most of teh stays are 6-10 days each time. That ends up being a lot of money spent. I wish I could earn some of that back with a loyalty program.
I love that Arrow loves to go to Dogtopia. I like the calendar of activities and snacks. But most of all I love the happy and loving way that Arrow is greeted when she arrives.
Everything! I could tell my dog felt comfortable, calm and the happiest he's been in a good while compared to the other doggie day care I have used in the past. From the calming and yet interactive staff to the rooms having lots of adventure options, Dogtopia Fairfield has been the greatest experience I've have in a really long time. And beyond happy I have tried them out. I will be returning back, hands down.
The staff treats our Pepper as if she is their own dog . Pepper loves Dogtopia !

This is one of the best doggy daycares I have been to! They have excellent hours and staff is always very helpful. My 1.5 year old golden retriever loves it there and the staff treat him so well. I love being able to check in on him with the cameras and see him in this environment.
They have always been responsive and professional despite all my questions.

The only reason I didn't give you a 10 is because I believe your rules re. "intact" boys is too strict; I think dogs up to 12 months old should be welcome regardless of their "fixed" status.
I've had to find another daycare which I don't like as much as Dogtopia.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They love to see Miss Sassy and love on her. They always work with me and my schedule and communication is stellar.

All in all a happy place to be and good vibes all around.
They could improve handling of dog paperwork, as they lost ours and it almost caused us to not be able to drop her off. They could also better train their workers, as they seemed confused alot when it came to setting up an account
I think it's affordable, my dog gets alot out of his time there, and the staff all seem to care about my dog
Not that it's really feasible but an outdoor area for dogs to go pee or poo would be awesome!

We boarded our g=dogs there for 10 nights and 1 was put in time-out multiple times bc it didn't get along with another dog. We were told they took turns putting them in time-out. For our dog to be there for over a week and have to spend many hours in a crate watching all of the other dogs play is awful. We were expecting a bit more care about this, we weren't called or told anything, we just had to see it on the video.
Friendly clean environment. Welcoming. My pet can play before and after her grooming until I pick her up.
