Cleanliness, communication, every staff member is always so friendly
They were so sweet and did so well with my dog. He's a big boy and needed encouragement and they made sure he was safe and comfortable
Friendly staff, the dogs all have fun and I love all the little special days they plan for the dogs (ie holiday photos, pool days etc)
We only go occasionally, and you always know Lola’s name. When I pick her up I never have to say I’m here for Lola, you’ve already summoned her. She is always happy when I drop her off and when I pick her up. I like the webcam when I’m away for an extended period of time. The location is great for us. The facility is clean.
I have great success usually communicating by email, but this last time, there were various levels of confusion related to pick up date, and I was overcharged. I still have not received a refund or a reply addressing the mischarge of $50. This is very frustrating.

Both dogs came home sick with diarrhea. One of my dogs woke us up almost every hour to be let out and also relieved herself in our home multiple times during the night if we weren’t able to wake up during the midnight hours of the night. Neither of our dogs have ever had such bad bouts of diarrhea, and never any that lasted days. I’m not sure what they got into or if another dog was sick, but it’s just the risks you take sending your pups places like these. Cheaper to take them with us than to board.

We just started having our new doggie go to Dogtopia and we are very impressed with their skill level and love for all the doggies, as well as the cleanliness of the place, the webcams, immediate attention to any problems which may arise, and accommodating fees. Thank you!!!
Everyone is friendly, and my dog loves to go to Dogtopia. I appreciate the cameras, so I can see that he’s doing fine (we had a bad experience at another doggy daycare when he was a puppy).

Aspen loved Dogtopia! It was nice knowing she was in good hands. From the time we walked in to the pickup, everyone was nice and friendly. They acted like Aspen was one of their friends and a regular and it was her first time boarding.
Love that fur baby gets to meet new friends and gets her socialized with other dogs.
The staff are incredibly good with our sweet, shy, anxious girl. She gets genuinely excited to go see “her people” on The Beach (she’s not a huge fan of the other dogs. Lol). We feel good knowing that she’s in the hands of people who truly care about pets, and also who keep the facilities clean so she stays healthy.

They really care about the dogs and are so friendly and helpful. My dog loves going there for daycare.
Grooming has been a plus too.
My dog is always loved and cared for when she is there. I can watch her play all day on the cameras so I know it’s true! I can leave her there and know that she’s having a better time there than she would ever have home alone while I am out. She socializes pleases naps and gets petted. What more could I ask for?

Taylor is on top of things as is the staff. They know me and my dogs name. My dogs had health issues and they are on top of what needs to be done
What's not to like?? I'm greeted by name, my dog howls with joy when we pull into the parking lot, and I have 100% confidence that she'll cared for in the cleanest and safest facility in the state.

Had a slight scheduling snafu on Sunday April 20th (Easter Sunday) when I was dropping off for boarding, but the person there was working solo, but was great as we eventually figured out the process.
Ruby is always very happy to go and to be picked up. Even though there is no outside area, she doesn't seem to mind it.
Everyone at this Dogtopia is always super friendly and helpful.
