I truly love and appreciate everyone there for how they welcome you and your pets and the above and beyond patience and care they give them. We have a rescue puppy who grew up in the streets and shelter in Louisiana who needed to have some serious adjustment time and training and the staff knew what to do with him and also stick to the commands he learned from his facility we brought him to. It was seamless with everyone on board there and he is just a different puppy now. We could not have done this without the help and patience if Dogtopia, thank you so much!

I love that all the staff members treat each dog like a member of their family. They’re always welcoming and engaging (to the pups AND their humans). Everyone is always so helpful with answering questions and scheduling appointments. Onsite grooming that fits into her daycare schedule is extremely helpful.
Big Bonus…… All of the fun activities and photoshoots are just amazing!!
Hazel has been coming to Dogtopia since she was a puppy and absolutely loves going to see her (2 and 4 legged) friends every week.

Shadow loves everyone who works there along with us. Everyone is helpful, friendly and really loves dogs. The building is clean, smells good and just a fun place for our dog to play for the day.
Facility is very clean. The staff and owner really seem to care about the dogs and my dog really loves them. It’s very convenient to use their spa services and both my dog and I are really comfortable when she is boarding there.
I was beyond impressed with the facility and staff during Eli's evaluation and facility tour. I have already recommended the daycare and boarding options to my coworker.

I love Dogtopia and my dog does too! I’ve been taking my dog less than a year and he is only there once a week but the staff all know him by name and they know me too! The staff genuinely cares for the dogs and it makes me happy knowing my dog is in such good hands!
My dog is usually very skittish and I was worried taking her to the groomer for the first time. When I came to pick her up, I was amazed to see her in the lobby, like the star of the show, absolutely not wanting to leave. She was totally happy, and at ease, getting so much attention from the 2 fantastic staff members. She is cleaner than I've ever seen her. I definitely would recommend Dogtopia of Midvale to anyone.
Milo loves going to Dogtopia where he can play and see his friends. All of the coaches are wonderful to work with and treat Milo like their very own. They offer fun activities and even have grooming. Highly recommend.
Our dog is always very well taken care of and we absolutely love all the events and services offered.
Overall we love DogTopia. Bear is super excited to go each week and that’s all the validation I need. He is tuckered out when he gets home which is the ultimate goal.
Absolutely love that we can see the pups on video while we work. Having that level is comfort is great.
Love the calendar of events would be great if some of them are recorded in case we missed them.
Prices are okay a bit high compared to other businesses but not too terrible.
Some recommendations:
Record videos of any events if we can’t view on camera.
Add an air purifier to the lobby there’s a very overwhelming doggie smell the employees are exposed to all day. Can’t be good to breath that in all day.
Some dog owners decide to pull in front to walk their pets in and block the walk way. I raised the question regarding a safety issue and common courtesy to other dog owners. To my surprise I got some push back claiming DogTopia is not allowed to post a sign. If it’s regarding someones safety I don’t see why DogTopia can’t send an email to alert to inform their customers to avoid blocking the walkway for safety reasons. All our time is precious not just theirs hoping it never happens of course. Better to be safe than sorry.

My dog is so excited to go to daycare! She leaps out of the car and doesn't look back. She has been going there for years, and clearly loves her time playing with both her dog and people friends there.

The canine coaches are great, the place is clean and they love my dog almost as much as I do. They do little events throughout the month which are fun and proceeds go to charity.
Very upbeat
My two dogs have been going to this location for over a year now. Still to this day my dogs walk in and are not only excited to see their four-legged friends but also their two legged ones as well. I like being able to check in on the cameras during the day to make sure everyone is playing nicely. I really feel like my dogs are taken care of and looked after I appreciate the staff for always looking out for my fur babies.
Mostly the friendly and caring staff. I am never concerned when I leave my baby there.
