The staff very obviously loves all the dogs there and are always so happy to see them. We love the enrichment extras provided and that our dog literally jumps for joy when we ask “do you want to go to school today?”
The folks who look after the dogs care so much about each and every dog there. My dog has issues and they are genuinely happy when he has a good day or makes progress in a certain area. They also go out of their way to help him when he's having a bad day or stay. They're the best.
The staff is number one. Activity days are great. Grooming is the best.

The most important thing that can be done currently is to rebuild my trust in Dogtopia. My pup is still there because he needs routine and consistency. With the recent departure of much of the staff, we are essentially starting over which is discouraging. For what it’s worth, the previous staff was the best! They knew us by name and were always welcoming and comforting. Regardless of what was happening on the back end, Nicole was an awesome manager. Last summer when I was visiting different daycares, she was the single-handed reason why I chose Dogtopia. She introduced herself and assured me that my baby would be loved and cuddled! Conner, Cameron, and the front desk crew were always welcoming and smiling. Conner was sure to have my baby’s leftovers from his meal bagged and ready to go when I got there. The short, blonde young lady always greeted my baby with cuddles in the morning; she was his best friend. Nevertheless, I understand change happens. My hope is that with this transition the morale and culture of care and warmth remains intact. Anything less than the exceptional customer service that we’ve previously received will be unacceptable. To date, the young lady with the glasses at the front desk is handling the adjustments VERY WELL to say she’s still familiar new. (dont know her name but I will ask her, let her know that I mentioned her in this survey, and complement her today if she’s there during pick up) She’s learned quickly, is helpful and kind, and has mastered her role! Please provide her and the other staff there with the managerial support they need and deserve to excel and feel successful while at work.
For me it's partially cost and a little bit not enough directed activities ( bubbles, etc). Some coaches tend to overuse crate time on the more active play pups.

I always feel at ease whenever Bailey is there for board or daycare. She somehow knows when she’s going to daycare and she gets so excited! I love that she looks forward to daycare. Everyone at Dogtopia is very kind.
Firstly, I appreciate your care and concern for Gus! When I do check the WebCams, I see your staff interacting happily with the dogs and not just “herding” them. This is a big difference from other places we have used. I also greatly appreciate your flexibility in accommodating daycare or boarding. I have had late days at work or early mornings to the airport and your staff has been so flexible and easy to work with. We appreciate that so much!! Everyone always seems to have a smile on their face and Gus really enjoys going there!! Thank you!!

I've only used Dogtopia for one day of daycare so far, and my experience has been great. The staff is friendly and answered all of my questions. I also love having access to the webcams so I can check in on my dog throughout the day.
The only suggestion I have is regarding boarding prep—since I’ve never boarded a dog before, it would be helpful to have a bit more guidance on how to pack my dog’s food. I wasn’t sure if I should portion it out by day or just bring a full bag with instructions. I’m sure I can call and ask, but having a checklist or a brief guide would make the process even smoother for first-time boarders.
You really care about each dog and their families. I don't worry when Potter is in your care. He loves it there!

The webcam is a huge plus, but the canine coaches really make a difference. They act as if they know (and love) every dog.

I absolutely love Dogtopia! The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about the dogs—they treat my pup like one of their own. It’s clear they have a real passion for what they do, and that gives me so much peace of mind. Scheduling daycare or boarding is super easy, and the grooming services are top-notch. It’s such a relief to have a place I trust completely for both care and convenience.

Luna always has so much fun when she’s there! It’s obvious that all of the employees are not only dog lovers but also very knowledgeable in dog behavior and know how to handle any kind of situation that may arise. I also love that she can get a bath or her nails trimmed while she’s at daycare. One less thing to schedule separately!
I’m seeing some improvement with this in recent weeks, but it can be tough waiting for pickup during rush hour (afternoons, early evenings). If there was a way to let you all know when we’re close by, it might help the traffic jam. Otherwise, no complaints. The trainers and handlers are all attentive and seem to care a lot!

all I can say is that my dog is so happy when we get close to the building and practically jumps out of my arms to any of the people that work there. He is the one that tells me that he loves it there
