Dogtopia is the only place I have ever felt fully comfortable to send my dog. When I drop him off or even mention going to "doggy daycare" he gets so excited. Everyone is so friendly and I can tell they genuinely care. In addition to the amazing service, the prices are reasonable and I love the weekly events they have to keep the dogs engaged. I love the care that Star receives here. Star a is scared of people she doesn’t know. When I look at her on the camera and see that it doesn’t matter who is in the room she wants cuddles from them. it warms my heart that she is completely comfortable around everyone.

Personal, friendly, flexible, dependable.
When i look at the camera I don’t see a lot of interaction with the dogs or between the dogs. I see the person in the room cleaning and the dogs following them around. It’s just not as interesting or interactive as I had envisioned.
My dog has been twice and comes home with ALOT of energy. Not tired at all.
Also I did notice a strong urine smell on the tour - the further back we went into the facility. There needs to be more air circulation or odor neutralization.
Our dog is tired when they come home.

The staff is very professional and courteous. I have asked their opinion on various topics about how to handle various situations. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide great guidance.
Amazing service, our dog had a seizure as I was dropping him off and the staff handled it perfectly. Scout is smiling every time he comes home. Thank you!!

The staff all genuinely cared for the dogs. They were all friendly and went out of their way to make our visit comfortable. We were visiting from out of town and they took my dog in for the day while we were at a graduation. It was great not having to worry about her, because I knew she was in good hands.

My dog loves spending time playing with friends and the staff are always happy to see her.
I got charged an extra day even though I stated that my plane got delayed and had to arrive the next day, I didnt have anyone to pick up my dog on the day I had originally scheduled for pick up. When I asked if I could get that extra day removed I was told no. The airline doesnt do pet care reimbursements. I feel that I should've not gotten charged for a day that was not my fault, was not on purpose and definitely was not in my plans to arrive another day. To make things right I think dogtopia should take into consideration that things happen which people have zero control of and should not charge people for stuff that they are not at fault for. I will be canceling all future appointments with dogtopia. I will not risk getting charged again for my future trips incase the flight gets delayed or canceled again.
