The staff go above and beyond; ever worker is so professional and friendly. The daycare is clean and the addition of naptime is a great time for the dogs to get some rest. My dog absolutely loves going each day!

The ventilation in the building needs to be increased or improved to remove the odor of urine, the water bowls need to be continuously filled with clean and fresh water, the mop water probably needs to be changed more frequently, the ratio of dogs to humans needs to be reduced to create a more manageable and impeccable retreat for the dogs and the webcam freezes. I had also noted the lack of or reduced playing between the dogs, yesterday (19 May 2025). Maybe the quarters are too cramped or the dogs were becoming asphyxiated?
When my 6 month old puppy was returned to me, he smelled strongly of urine and was thoroughly dehydrated. When he got home, he almost polished off a 16 oz bowl of water. I had to stop his water consumption and permitted further consumption 30 minutes later. His urine was very dark and pungent of highly concentrated urine. His coat smelled awful (urine odor). He (and I) was unable to sleep that night after his daycare due to his stink of urine. I am seriously concerned for my puppy's health, when I need to leave him for 2 weeks at Pasadena Dogtopia.
Personally, I think that more personnel is required to restore your Pasadena location to the opening 2023 Dogtopia ambiance. The personnel you have currently are fine. They work nonstop. I've watched them. They are very dedicated, but they are outnumbered. Perhaps 2 people per room would significantly improve the conditions? One person can be the sanitizer and another person can be the engager/coach. After an hour, they can switch roles.
Thank you for reading and allowing me the opportunity to reflect upon my puppy's experience. Please understand that I appreciate the concept and mission of Dogtopia; however, I can sense a bit of decline in execution. Hopefully, yesterday was just an aberrant sample and not a trend.

The friendiness of the staff. The building: lots of light from windows, play areas, convenient location.
We love Dogtopia North Overland Park and so does Livie-Lou! Everyone is friendly, professional and engaged. They know us when we come in, we are greeted with a smile, the price is right and the app-scheduling is great. Most importantly, it frees up our day and we have full faith that Livie-Lou is in a safe, fun environment having a great time. Go Dogtopia!
That staff is always friendly and my dog LOVES going there weekly! They are the only ones who can trim her nails, too, which helps me a lot!
The Dogtopia team in Sanford is like family for Bella! They’re so nice, always super creative, friendly, attentive, and treat the dogs like their own! We love them!
Our dog loves to come and we take him once a week so we can schedule medical appointments or other needs and he doesn't have to stay crated. He enjoys the staff and comes home exhausted.
Your people are terrific. I feel like my dog is the most important dog. (We all feel that way). My dog is so excited to attend.
I love that I know my dog is in a safe environment and interacting with other dogs who have similar size and activity level. I love that there is both indoor and outdoor time as well as rest time. They do the cutest craft and activity days that mirror a child’s daycare. For a lot of us, our fur babies are our children and we value those special touches.

I love how happy (and tired) Tazz is when he comes home after day care. I am very timid about leaving him and I think I get more anxious than him, but this staff does a great job at easing my nerves when I see how loved and excited he is. Plus seeing how excited the staff gets when he comes in is always a great feeling.
