1. Love being able to see my dog during the day.
2. Hours allow maximum flexibility is using this service.
3. I am using the daycare only about twice a month. Dogtopia allows this type of "drop in" service.
4. I am over 70 yrs old and needing surgery is possible in the future. Dogtopia would let me board my dog while I recover.
5. I have been impressed, watching the feed at how there is someone always in the room with the dogs, supervising their behavior. Allowing "time outs" for the dogs that need some extra space.
We love Dogtopia! The staff is warm, caring and friendly! The facility is spotless, and they offer fun projects and cute activities! I tell everyone with a dog about Dogtopia!!
Your payment system could be better but other than that it’s a nice place

I heard back from one of the owners who apologized for a billing problem and made it right promptly. That makes all the difference to me and I will be back.
Everyone is very attentive to our dog, friendly, helpful, and even when she was having some medical issues one of your staff that was a vet tech noticed the problem and recommended she go to the vet asap. Honestly that visit saved her life, as we found out she had a congenital liver issue that she needed to be treated for. We are thankful for ya’ll and glad Roxy has a place to go hang out with other dogs once a week while her parents work.

I had booked a bath and nails during my pups visit on 5/21 - was texting the staff and they confirmed when it was completed and that my pup was ready for pickup. I got there - there was no bath or nails done at all. The front desk person said she asked the ‘manager’ in the back and they confirmed he had. The ‘manager’ was also too busy to out and talk to how this may have happened.
I see on Yelp things have gone downhill.
The attendant in the toy box room was also observed via webcam just watching TV and not interacting with the dogs.

This is my dog Hope's first experience with dog day care, We are both very happy with everything. There was nothing that caused me concern, and as a "Poodle" owner I have to say I'm pretty particular. Hope and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Dogtopia, both here in Fort Myers and in Minnesota while on vacation.
I thought the time for the dogs would be more than walking in circles a room and using the bathroom. We are working on potty training and did not like the webcam showing dogs not being taken outside to pee and poop. My dog can go to work with me but i wanted a place for his to play and be interactive with other dogs not a holding cell. The coaches were nice to my dog.
Always friendly staff who are very accommodating. They truly care about my dog. I feel he is very safe and happy at Dogtopia.
