We have only been thru the "Meet and Greet" process but were impressed with how it was handled. Staff is really interested in the dogs. Your plan for daily activity is sound. Our first real daycare is this weekend and we expect to be pleased
Everything! The management team, the teammates, the dog cams, the calendar, everything! My dogs love Dogtopia!
The number of "coaches" in each room need to be increased, especially with the larger and more active dogs. The ratio of one person to sometimes 25+ dogs does not allow for adequate supervision of play and cleaning. The coaches spend most of their time cleaning up poop and pee, and not interacting with the dogs and managing dog behavior. My dog has been injured 3 times and I think 2 of those could have been prevented with better oversight.
Friendly staff
The staff at the location I take my dog Nimbus too are wonderful. They treat him like family and he loves getting to go twice a week. Especially how exhausted he is afterwards. This is a perfect setting for my family given the hours we work. Will never look elsewhere.
We love dogtopia! Major loves to go play with his friends and the staff is top notch!

Dogtopia is a place that is loved by dogs and their families. The professionals that work at Dogtopia truly care about the dogs and their happiness and it shows. I would highly recommend Dogtopia to everyone, which I have done numerous times already and will continue to do so. I have the utmost respect for Dogtopia and all of its staff.
Friendly staff, always helpful with suggestions for new dog parents. Apollo loves the staff and loves going to play with his dog friends. I feel safe taking him there and know that he will be well cared for.
The personal touch for my pup. Every time I drop off or pick them up, everyone knows who I am and who he is, and gives me an update on his day
I like that my dog seems to have fun in socializing with other dogs. The extended hours during the work week is also helpful.

Would love to see more active engagement from the people working with the dogs. Also, would like for them to use the outdoor space more to change the atmosphere up for the dogs. Have heard of some owners complaining, that their dog was getting bothered by other dogs and nothing was done. We haven’t experienced this, but it does concern me.
