When I registered my dog fora 3 day stay at Dogtopia I also asked for teeth brushing, bath and nail trimming formula dog. None of that was done. It is disappointing.
When we bring our dog to you, we know that she is being loved and cared for just as we would do. She enjoys her time at Dogtopia and that gives us piece of mind when we have to board and leave her. We know she is enjoying her time playing with her friends and receiving the best care.
Our dog LOVES coming. Also, drop off is always so smooth and easy. Very appreciated first thing in the morning.

Everyone is incredibly kind! Best part is that they’re the only dog daycare that opens up super early and close super late. Works perfectly with my job!

Especially if he's been there 5 or more hours.
Unfortunately I dont have the opportunity through out the day to check on my dog via the online cam so it would be great to know if he played hard or has a particular dog he likes to pal around with or does he like to play in a pack....etc,etc
I realize that it could be difficult to keep track of one dogs activities when there are a lot of others dogs there to keep an eye on but if its possible it would be appreciated.

My furry baby is so well cared for and loved! She absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. The hours are perfect for dog owners in health care and having a one stop shop for grooming and boarding as well is unbeatable!
Very clean facility. I like you have daycare and also overnight care. Would like to see more water supplied to the dogs. My dog comes home and drinks the entire water bowl.
The staff at the Parker Dogtopia always provide the very best customer service. They listen; they take the time to make dogs and their people feel special and important. My boys are nervous and anxious around strangers, but they believe everyone at Dogtopia are their best friends and are extremely comfortable and friendly to strangers every time we pick them up!

We have always been extremely pleased with the care our dog has received at Dogtopia. He’s been going there all his life! Keep up the great work.
I like that the staff really get to know your fur babies. And unlike any other pet resort I’ve used, they have monthly activities…different treat days, arts and crafts, and the occasional pictures. They really keep it interesting. I’m on one of the plans so my girl goes to daycare Monday through Friday, unless we’re out of town. She get to socialize plus I get a discounted rate when I have to board her.
I like that I can see my dog via the cameras.
Everyone at the facility is professional, friendly, and seem to genuinely love dogs. Enzo loved being there and I will continue to use only them. I love the live feed and the consistent nap time.
I’d love to see some group sits (for example) - integrating some basics into play time. Not sure whether that fits the Dogtopia model, but that’s my thought
The Warwick Dogtopia location has regularly made me and wife feel comfortable with us dropping off our dog with ease of mind knowing he is in safe hands, whether it be for “daycare” or a night / extended period of time for boarding.
When I leave my dog I can see she is happy and she is welcomed and I know she will have a great day Ivan watch her playing with several other dogs happily using the webcam
I took my first dog to Dogtophia, a black lab and he was equally happy both in daycare and also when I needed to board him
