Alex and his crew are very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the fact that the Stone Oak Dogtopia in San Antonio shared their records on my dogs with the One in Lakewood, Colorado, making the admittance process very easy. I would highly recommend both Dogtopias to anyone who wants their dog treated with the best of care. Everyone of their employees is a dog lover. This really makes s a difference!
It was good to leave my older dog in daycare since I had to leave home for several hours. I saw him just chillin out on the lobby monitor and know he was in a safe place with other dogs.
Bailey loves it there. As soon as he realizes where he is (in the car), he starts howling nonstop until we park. Once outside of the car, he pulls me inside and doesn’t even acknowledge my existence anymore. Once I pick him up, he is so exhausted from playing all day that I barely hear a peep from him the rest of the night (unless it’s about food). Everyone there is super nice and friendly. Kimmie is amazing! The ONLY thing I would change would be the webcams. They seem to freeze up almost continuously.
Sent Husky for grooming, nails, ears, teeth, bath and deshedding. Missed three (3) of dogs nails, didn't groom paws or back end or under tail. Ears were not cleaned. Dog came back cowering? Why? Normal dog loves going to the groomer....🤠💭 very disappointed. 2nd time there. 1st time was exc
Rosie Last name removed, our dog, had a full-day meet & greet yesterday. We were surprised that the treats we provided to you all in the morning were handed back to us in the evening when we picked up Rosie. Why do you suppose she wasn't given her treats at the noon time recess yesterday?
By the way, Rosie is scheduled for one week of boarding starting on July 16. We are hoping she gets her treats when she is boarding in July.

The staff is outstanding. My dog is so excited every time he comes to Dogtopia and he is greeted so warmly. And then when I pick him up he is equally excited which means he had a great day.
My dog live it and I dont need to worry about him while he is there!

Dogtopia Latham has been a great experience for our pup! She is able to socialize with other dogs in a clean and well monitored environment. She is excited to get there and exhausted when she gets home! The staff is exceptional.

My fur baby Wyatt Vincent hadn’t been to daycare in a very long time. The staff made me feel safe regarding him being ok and that they would keep an eye out and call if anything. Sure enough everything went GREAT and I could see him playing on the camera having a great time!
The only concern is that there is a very strong odor but I do understand we are dealing with pets. But honestly the staff is wonderful and have been treated very well!

Friendly and great communication
Our Shichon Tiger runs in each morning and is happily tired each night. He has also become much more calm around other dogs. So the staff and socialization have really helped. It's been great for him. Thank you.

Facilities and the people
I paid my initial $39 meet and greet fee on 6/9 (through the link in the email I received) and today they act like I haven’t paid anything and not seeing record of it. I was never told this fee was per dog, so that’s a bit annoying to not be told this in advance. The girl who initially scheduled my meet and greet appointments never even mentioned a fee to me on the phone. I find out today that some other dog snipped at my dog and scratched his nose today. My dog is older, not aggressive and has no history of biting or growling at other dogs. I’m disappointed they would allow others dogs with this kind of behavior to be free to roam with other dogs if this is how it responds to dogs approaching him/her.
